I've been to Vicenza San Rocco in September 2014 for a single night, but it was memorable one. Do book the upper room with a view, it is worth it. Of course there will take a few stairs to get there, but Carlo, the owner, was really nice and helped me with the luggage. Room and bathroom were impeccable -... More

I cannot rate this B&B highly enough! The family were extremely kind and went out of their way to be helpful throughout my week's stay in Vicenza. Carlo and his wife Margherita, a well-known organist and musician, were generous with their time and advice! The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts were delicious - served either inside or... More

I've been there some days ago for touring Palladian villas and I spent three nights there. The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast very good and complete, served in a very nice balcony. The B&B is at walking distance from the city centre, very close to shops and restaurants. The owners were very nice and careful. I'd suggest... More

Comparing price/place/service must admitt the very high quality a pleasure! To being there was a part of new knowledge about italien living. You become a part of italien family - naturally! If you get lost in around street dont worry...it is still oldtown and it nice to see!

BB San Rocco it has a great location, 15 min walking from the train station. When exiting the train station, just walk to the big avenue in front until you reach a garden , Giardini Salvi (In this street there is a supermarket ). To the right, you can go to the historic center, to the left, BB San Rocco.... More

We stayed at this small, family run B&B for three nights recently. The location was good, about 1 km from both the railway station and the city centre. Our room was comfortable but would have been hot during a Vicenza heat wave without air conditioning if we had not been supplied with a fan. The breakfast was fine and it... More

You walk into a real home - papers scattered around the living room, violin music wafting from downstairs (three out of the four in the family are professional classical musicians). they gladly carry your luggage, and take your breakfast order - eggs? no problem! a real treat in Italy - the hotels rarely bother. the room was large, thoughtful -... A lovely loft room with an urban view of the town, in a beautifully designed house. We slept 3 in the attic room comfortably, and the room is shaped with a small passage to your clothes and bathroom, so there is a feeling of space, and privacy, and it was nicely furnished. We were cold (a cold April) but Carlo... More

The house' s distinctive, grows in height in a colonnaded street very close to the historical center. I stayed for one night in a room located in the attic and, although modest in size, the space is very well organized and furnished; the room is also equipped with a small terrace, so you can enjoy a beautiful view of Vicenza,...
