My room smelled damp, it was very dark like a cave and connected by a disgustingly dirty courtyard that let to the outside. Breakfast was pathetic and service was hostile. Very bad hotel experience, among many business trips I have made to Europe.

Stayed at the Castello in Vicenza for one night during a vacation. Would never stay there again! It needs major renovation and cleaning (wallpaper coming down, mildew, fungi, smell, dirty carpets...). The horror! The breakfeast was rediculous as well - we got half-frozen rolls, after waiting for 10 minutes.

We walked into the first hotel we saw on arriving from the railroad-station. The entrance and the second floor lobby looked promising and the welcome was certainly friendly, the clerk - co owner knocking down the rates for us without our even asking. The room, reached through a maze of halls with turns and twists and small steps, was sizeable,... More

Located a short walk from the train station and inside the walls of the historic center, this hotel is ideal for seeing the sights of Vicenza. Small and simple with low prices, the staff goes the extra mile to please. A great value if you don't need super fancy but want to be in the center of the town.
