Stayed here for 5 nights in October 07. I hadn't researched Venice in enough detail before this trip so was a bit shocked when I realised how far out of Venice the Club Hotel is. They do not honor your reservation if they do not want. Very conveniently, they simply can not find your reservation. Your voucher or confirmation letter or anything which can guarantee your stay would be completely useless. This hotel should be excluded from the internet hotel business. more
