For the full story on the restaurant downstairs, please see our review of the La Divina restaurant that is separately posted. Please note the restaurant is NOT owned by the Villa San Giorgio B&B. The space is leased out and has a separate owner. The short version of the La Divina is I was accosted and yelled at by the... More

The place is charming. Better to ask for rooms NOT overlooking the road. Restaurant attached really good. THe decoration could be better, I felt that it was a bit wasted, in the sense that it could look much better and cozier. Best things of the place: location (so nice to walk to nearby san giorgio at night, or to have... More

This is not your typical fancy 5 star accommodation but it wins our hearts on many different levels. Most important of all is the warm welcome and service you get from owner Gabriel. He's always happy, friendly and very helpful. We arrived very late and well passed the checked in time but Gabriel was very understanding and told us to... More

I really wanted to give B&B a bad review so we can keep it all to ourselves but to be fair to the owners of this wonderful place I am going to be honest and say this is an amazing place with a country setting on the high hills 20 minutes out of Verona. Excellent value for money and the... More

The view, the food, the atmosphere, the vine... I do not know where to start. We are definitely coming back! Staying at villa San giorgio makes u feel like u just won the lottery! The place has it all! Breakfast terrace with a panoramic view over the valpolicella vineyards, the host that makes u feel like u grew up together... More

This is one of these special spots and the hotel was fabulous. We just stayed the night on our way to Tuscany a few years ago. Forgot almost about it but found the brochure back. Below true hotel was an independent restaurant with some of the most beautiful food and wines of the area.

We decided to spend two nights staying at Villa San Giorgio after reading the reviews on TripAdvisor and were certainly not disappointed. Villa San Giorgio is akin to a small modern day hotel, delightfully furnished with an elevator (lift), bar and lovely outdoor patio which offers stunning panoramic views overlooking the Valpolicella Valley of green vineyards, olive trees, villages, church... Gabriele was the perfect host - providing great recommendations for the local sites and a great small local winery. Views were fantastic and the food outstanding. Gabriele understands what great customer service is and delivered it consistently. One caution, if you have trouble with stairs, do not get room 108 or 109 - narrow steep circular staircase would be a... More

It takes about 30 minutes to get to Verona or to lake Garda. Hotel is a charming mountain village. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good rooms. And best of all, stunning views. Perfect place to explore mountains, drink Valpollicella and take day trips to Verona.

This B&B is in a lovely, dreamy location on a hillside. Every cliche you've imagined about a Tuscan landscape is actually true here. The rooms are relatively simple and strait forward, but the views are the reason you're there. When my family and I checked in, I was under the weather from what I think was food poisoning from earlier... More
