From the booking and checking in through to the check out, the hotel staff were so helpful and cannot be faulted in anyway.Room was large with sitting area and really clean - we stayed 2 nights and had linen changed which often you don't get in other hotels. Good choice at breakfast and parking was certainly a plus in Verona.... more
