I was in this hotel only for one night with 4 people more (all family) and everybody was quite happy about this hotel. The best thing is its position so near to the Arena. Not only were the staff grumpy and unhelpful (on asking where we could park the car, the receptionist shrugged her shoulders), but the corridor to the room smelt of urine and the the room was dated and even a bit dirty (cobwebs on the ceiling). One of the worst hotel experiences I have had. more

On arrival we were greeted by a rather grumpy man however the porter was very helpful. I was surprised to discover that this hotel had benefited from being recently refurnished as the rooms are very old fashioned. The television alone must be 25 yrs old.
