Mmmmm frustrated. Location fantastic, booking in and out fantastic but ... and a big but ... service was very poor for the price. At €150 per night I expected a bit more for my money. The aircon did not work, I did not even have an aircon controller, there was no safe in the room and when I asked for... More

Good location, familiar- like, small, rooms without any luxury, but with essencial things like bathroom and a small desk for any work. A big fail is do not have wifi, free or paid which is not understandable. Television In room only with local channels, and air conditioned not avaliáveis for use. For two stars hotel is fair.

All Hotels in Verona are overpriced during the Opera season, just this one was overpriced to a degree that I found unacceptable. Plusses were the location & friendlyness of staff. Minusses were the room (not fancy but OK to stay, kind of youth hostel charme), the breakfast buffet (better... More
