We stayed at Palazzo Victoria for three night in July 2014. It is a very comfortable modern hotel. The decor may not be everyone's cup of tea, but not much to complain about at this high end establishment. A great location - just a short walk to the Arena, great restaurants and shopping. The main bedroom was cool (even a... More

We stayed two nights at this very well located hotel. Shopping is close by and its minutes from the Arena. The team on reception are most helpful and despite the rather unusual message board in the entrance area and the "cloud" armchairs, the bed rooms are spacious and the bathrooms very well appointed. The lighting is not great in the... More

We came to Verona in July which was stiflingly hot to go to the opera. Our room was wonderfully cool. The great thing about this hotel is the location it's right in the centre of everything. A couple of minutes walk from everything and easy to get back too to cool off!!! The rooms are very clean and the bathrooms... More

I had a bit of a panic upon arriving (I discovered that the booking engine I used had made a mistake with my dates when forwarding my reservation to the hotel). The front desk staff was helpful, researched the problem and thankfully was able to accommodate my reservation despite the error. We appreciated small details like complimentary beverages available in... More

My wife and I stayed here in July 2014 for the third time in ten years. On each occasion we were going to the opera in the Arena, which is a 4-minute walk from the hotel but if, like us, you enjoy exploring historic cities on foot then you need no other excuse to stay there. The hotel has its... More

we stayed for 3 nights at the Victoria hotel great location for a start. The hotel is beautifully designed and our room was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very close to the arena and palazza erbe and also lots of great surrounding shops. Highly recommend for a romantic get away.

Fantastic stay with my family ranging from 17 to 85 years. The rooms were beautiful. The location was perfect. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant. They just kept coming out with little extras in between courses. We ended the evening in the bar where the waiters were great and the atmosphere was fun. 2 nights was not long... More

A lovely 3 night stay at a lovely hotel in great location, staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean, and well appointed - we only had a basic double but it was quite adequate and tastefully decorated. VERY comfortable bed. Bathroom was great with a superb shower, all very clean. The only downside I would say was the... More

Just returned from a weekend opera trip staying at the Victoria. The hotel was superb and probably the best located hotel in Verona . Not dissimilar in style to the Firmdale hotels in London, a little quirky, interesting design and great service. Two highlights for us, the lively bar area and the restaurant. We loved the feel of the bar... More

My wife and I stayed here as part of a week long tour of Italy to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This hotel impressed us from first to last. We had a lovely room, not vast but it had everything you needed, a lovely modern bathroom with a super drenching shower. The hotel is much bigger than it looks with a... More
