We stayed just one night in a deluxe room that was small but well equipped and very comfortable (room #305 - thankfully, it was a cool evening because the AC was not working). The marbled bathroom was spacious and modern with great toiletries. Cozy terry robes & slippers were a joy after a long trip! Breakfast was excellent and the... More

We stayed at this lovely hotel for 2 nights in September. It's a great hotel right in the centre of Verona. The entrance, restaurant and bar are modern and fresh. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was traditionally Italian and fabulous. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with a range of hot and cold choices,... More

Great location! Clean lovely space with really cool common areas, pool tables out door eating areas, lounge/bar with a cool vibe. Walkable to all the main attractions in town. We only stayed one night but also read the restaurant is fantastic. My only complaint is that we woke up early (6am) and went to try to get breakfast somewhere and... More

I would like to start by saying this hotel definitely stands out from a lot, upon arrival, every minute was special. It was my birthday surprise in which I was blown away. This hotel is in the heart of Verona, and very easy to travel around. Lots of bus and train links. The rooms were very contempary, with a light... More

A lovely hotel with everything one would expect and hope for. Location is central and most attractions seem to be walking distance. Lots of great restaurants locally too. We went for the opera, which was a once in a lifetime experience. People going there need t know that the lavatories are the hole in the floor type!

We arrived in Verona after a wonderful few days in Gardone (Lake Garda) and booked into a wonderful room (Grand Deluxe) at the Palazzo Victoria. This is a wonderful hotel, very relaxing with a fantastic restaurant. The bar is really cool with a great choice of interesting cocktails for pre or apre opera. The hotel is centrally located with all... More

This hotel is one of a kind. With the wonderful scent as you walk in to the Michelin starred chef who made us a meal we wouldn't forget. The location is great, a central place where everything was in walking distance and only 20 minutes frm the airport (approx 30 euros). The room (Grand Deluxe) was packed with class, style,... More

We'd booked to see Madam Butterfly at the Verona Arena so were seeking a nice hotel to spend a few days within easy reach. We splashed out on a larger room and weren't disappointed with a spacious 2F room of 50m+ comfortable settees and other furnishings looking out over the piazza. Bathroom with a substantial jacuzzi. As other contributors note,... More

We happened upon this hotel via a search on the British Airways site. Such good luck! Except for the Danieli in Venice, this was the nicest Italian hotel we have stayed at. Ever-pleasant and helpful staff, comfortable room and gorgeous lobby and seating areas downstairs. And everywhere the perfume from huge reed bottles placed around many of the sitting rooms... More
