Staff: The hotel reception staff were amazing and so polite. They helped us find the best restaurants and plan journeys to Lake Garda. Nothing was too much trouble. These guys were definitely 5* and deserve to be highly commended for their efforts. They made us feel very welcome and relaxed- a real asset to the hotel. Room: We stayed in... More

A beautifully furnished hotel, in the middle of Verona. Perfect for walking around the City and visiting the many bars, restaurants and historical sites. We stayed in a Junior Suite which had an enormous room with a fantastic bathroom with free standing bath and double monsoon shower. Toiletries great quality along with mini bar and nespreso coffee machine. Breakfast which... More

Very interesting layout of the room and huge bath suite. Shower inside of the tub was a little awkward but it felt very sumptuous. Good accoutrement with fluffy bathrobes and nice bath products. Beds were comfortable although sheets not as soft as I would like

What an amazing building. Great history is installed in the walls which go back to Medieval times. Reception sadly let down this hotel. Their nonchalant attitude is disappointing. We asked for a restaurant recommendation and they never suggested the hotel restaurant which is outstanding! Seriously management you need to address this issue immediately. However the bar and restaurant staff have... More

We stayed in Verona for 3 nights & the staff at Palazzo Victoria did their best to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We had adjoining rooms that were very spacious & had great views. The hotel seems to be located 5-10 minutes walk from pretty much everywhere we wanted to see. The breakfasts were exceptional.

Really a terrific hotel with a nice large room and excellent bathroom (think Bellagio in Las Vegas in terms of size and features). Friendly staff. Get a taxi from the train station, it's too far to schlep bags. Close to the old center of town which is the square and the Arena.

Just returned from a 5 night stay at the palazzo Victoria in Verona. The hotel was good, nice bedroom, plenty of room, good size large bed. The bathroom was good, lovely roll top bath, corner shower etc. The breakfast's were good, could have eggs, boiled, poached, scrambled, plus all the continental meats, pastries. Helpful, friendly staff. Verona is beautiful, lots... More

We are happy of our choice after reading Tripadvisor reviews. The hotel is excellent located to visit old town Verona. Far from the crowds we spent three nights in an excellent room with an unusual spacious bathroom. Although we are members of iPrefer we did not get the expected upgrade. Breakfast was incredibly good. Avoid parking at the hotel because... More

Perfect location with own carpark (at € 40.00 per night) Large rooms with classic furniture and renovated bathrooms. Unfortunately not enough light in the bathroom and next to the bed. Friendly staff and very good choice at the breakfast buffet. Restaurant good quality but small portions and expensive.
