Friendly and helpful staff. Basic room with the necessary comforts. Located near the bus station which you can take and get to the city center. Nice entrance! There's a nice terrace garden but we didn't spend anytime there. Breakfast and wifi were free and good.

The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast satisfactory. We had a standard room on 2nd floor. The corridors we a bit stale smelling and there were rugs over the worn carpets which concerned me as I felt they may be a trip hazard in case of fire escape etc. Room was very basic and although clean was not particularly... An excellent hotel althought a bit distant from the centre of Verona. It is approximately about 30 minutes from the centre. Helpful reception and very good restaurant supplying not only an excellent buffet breakfast but also good meals in the evening. They also booked some good Wine Tour excursions included with an excellent company Pagus Wine Tours. Room slightly small... More

We booked a standard room for two people (~120$/night) in September of this year. Looking at the positive reviews and the nice photos this Hotel, this definitely seemed to be a pretty good deal. Or maybe .. NOT. - Day number 1 : the second floor & the room with the dead salami carpet smell. When we arrived at night,... More

This is a perfect hotel for a 2 or 3 days stay in Verona. You can easily walk to the old centre. People are friendly and supportive. We were with three persons and had good room, which seemed recently updated. Nice bathroom with good shower. Breakfast was good and above standard.

For over 40 years I have visited my favourite Italian city of Verona at least once every year and have stayed in various hotels from simple to luxurious. Of late I have grown weary of the squeezing to the pips of less wary visitors by the relentless rise in the cost of rooms, particularly in the historic centre, after a... More

This was a good hotel spotlessly clean and well situated for a 10 min walk to the town centre, piazzas, architecture etc Rooms recently renovated with excellent bathrooms and new beds if a bit hard for some people - not me! Rooms varied in size with mine a bit small and very limited hanging space and no drawers or shelves... More

Stayed here for business and was booked through the company - otherwise I would have been out of there. The hotel needs major renovating. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and old. The bathrooms are also very old. Apparently some rooms are renovated however the room we got was terrible. The breakfast was ok - good selection of food, but the... More

Location and price wise it's a winner. Ten mins from the old town means it doesn't suffer from the bloated prices that go with that region. The breakfast was pretty standard for a 3-star and the hotel was clean (room and public areas). Reception was polite and spoke english, they even provided us with an umbrella when it rained. On...
