Visited this place for both business and holiday. The room 'DeLuxe' was spacious, offered quite hard beds, a good bathroom with a rainshower, a safe, a refridgerator, airco and a balcony (without chairs). Wifi was fairly ok, varied a bit but was always able to connect in the room. There is an ethernet connection present as well. The room is... More

Good location walkable in 20 minutes to Piazza Bar with regular bus on the door step that also connects to train station. The rooms are tired with very cramped shower room. Staff very helpful and attentive. The breakfast is passable but with the small cooked element cold and slowly refreshed. The saving grace is the spa area. Nice pool with... More

Currently staying at this Hotel for a week, restaurant is closed and no date to reopen, therefore have to find elsewhere to eat apart from breakfast.Only options are an Osteria across from the Hotel, which despite the reviews, is not worth crossing the road for,or Hamburger places 15 mins walk away. The Spa does not have treatments available ,and despite the charge of... We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel and I wish we stayed more.. It was so relaxing at the indoor pool and the jacuzzi.. We got the reservation through groupon and the use of the Spa was included in the package so my husband and I took advantage of the offer and reserved two sessions at the spa. I'm... More

The Hotel is a very very old hotel, the decoration is falling apart and it is so old that looks dark and dirty everywhere. Half of the water shoots in the jacuzzi bath didn't work and the bathtub leaked water, we almost flood the room because of missing joints. They gave us an other room which was very small, and... Thank you for your opinion. The hotel was built in 1987, but common areas were completely refurbished in 2008, deluxe rooms are new (not refurbished but in a new buiding) and forniture in standard room was completely changed in 2011-2012. There is a selection of room type depending on price, but all them are in good conditions and we run... More

This hotel is situated in a residential area about 20 minutes walk from the city centre. The basic rooms are on the small side with very small but well-appointed bathrooms. They are well-serviced and clean. The Jacuzzi bath was welcome as were the large good quality towels. On the downside, the double glazing provided an ineffective noise barrier and the... More

Thank you. Good idea, a wine tasting experience make people happy. A lot of English speaking channels are available on our tv (no less than one hundred), instruction on channel selection are included in the room booklet of info, but is always possible to ask the staff for info. Tea and coffee machines in the rooms are not a standard... More

We were - 8 friends and I - at this hotel at the very end of our cycling trip that started in Germany, 10 days earlier. We were very tired, and very pleasantly surprised when they gave us all upgrades to better rooms - it seemed as if they knew and wanted to give us a gift :) The rooms... More

We chose this hotel based on previous guests comments and also thought that the hotel was a large house in its own grounds. We had looked at one of the hotel's professional photos. As we approached the hotel we were a bit concerned as it was in a residential area which seemed a bit down at heel and the hotel... More

Thank you for your kind review. There are instructions about shower use in a booklet on the desk, but is also possible to ask help from staff. There is a long list we took a note, despite your impression on departure, and we thank you for it. Breakfast products, let me say, are high quality ones. Undrinkable coffe is Nescafè,... More

we have been in this hotel on August 13 , 2014. We were a group of 6. Bad surprise for everybody. Carpets in the corridors (2nd and 3d floor) were dirty, large dark spots everywhere. Rooms badly isolated. The worst was when we wanted to use the SPA. The receptionnist announces it will cost a further 15€/person. Not usual but... More

We stayed for 5 nights and were given a free upgrade to an executive room with a lovely balcony. The sheets and towels were all changed every day. Good selection of food for breakfast.
