We stayed here for one night and would recommend it. We had free secure parking and a huge buffet breakfast included in the price which was around €60 for a room for 2 adults and 2 children. We also got a free welcome drink in the bar. Hotel is a 5 minutes drive from the center of Verona. It was... More

The hotel is very nice and rooms are comfortable. It has a private parking, nice variety for breakfast and a supermarket store nearby. Only two things bothered us: 1. It is located not as close to the center as described, and you definitely need a car to get there. 2. There is not free internet - not wifi nor the... More

We stayed at the Hotel Maxim earlier this month with a toddler and a baby. Whilst we enjoyed the room size and the fact they are decently cleaned, we were disappointed that the hotel does not offer room service and there are not many dinning options close by. - after long sightseeing days this would had been quite helpful. The... More

There were 8 of us (6 adults + 2 kids) on a big VW Van on a week-long roadtrip through Europe. Maxim Hotel Verona was the 4th of 4 hotels. Older looking hotel but still ok. Staff were friendly and efficient, the 3 rooms were comfortable (even the twin rooms with extra bed). The toilet/bath was good. Parking was available... More

We stayed in the Maxim for 1 night so that we could go to the open air opera at the Arena in Verona. The hotel was very adequate for thsi purpose. The rooms and decor generally were a little dated but were spotlessly clean, bed comfortable and working air-conditioning. The great attribute for us was the on-site secure car parking... More

Prices around Verona depend a lot on the distance to the city center. Maxims publicizes 2 miles, and room rates correspond. In reality it is 5,5 km, so be ready for an hour and a quarter walk. The equipment is fine, the rooms spacious. But even as I suffer a temporary handicap, absolutely no help was available upon reception or... More

We spent a couple of days at the Maxim Hotel in Verona and we liked it. It offers everything necessary for a four-star hotel, it is clean and comfortable, with spatious rooms, good service and cleanliness. The breakfast was good as well as the attitude of the staff, parking is free. A minor quibble is the location, not within a... More

We originally tried to get a hotel near the train station but Maxim nearby was booked out and organised a taxi for us to their hotel in the "burbs". Stayed 2 nights and were very happy with accommodation and staff. We had no trouble catching a bus from the next block into the main square. Staff were happy to loan... More

The very expensive hotel wasn't at the level of a 4 stars hotel. The air conditioner wasn't working properly. We had to change to another one. The water wasn't hot enough and the water flow was very low. I don't even discuss the breakfast not at the level of a 4stars hotel. I had breakfast in bed and breakfast that... More

The hotel is a very good one, very good rooms, tidy, clean and a very good bathroom, free car parking, rooms have nice views, great breakfast, very nice helpful stuff and a big nice supermarket in the ground floor. The hotel is located in a calm clean district but you must take a bus - which the stop is not... More
