Myself and partner have just spent three days here, good points we paid around £40 per night which is more than reasonable, breakfast was decent, lots of choice. The location is fine, a little out the city, 12 euro in a taxi if you don't want to mess with the buses. The room was clean enough and serviced daily. The... More

The Hotel is actually 'only' 2km far from the city center but for Verona 2km is very far and the route to get there isn't very safe for a girl (especially if she's alone). So its better to take a taxi from 9o'clock! For me the Hotel was a little too avaricious: check in not earlier than 2pm and check... More

Stayed just overnight on our way to Tuscany. The price is OK, as is the room itself, garage is included in the room price. Not suitable for any longer Verona stays, as the center is really far. Wifi didnt work even in the lobby.

Good hotel for its price, have free parking, close to the highway but still quiet neighborhood. Breakfast is nice. It is better you leave the car in the parking and take the bus to the old city, station is nearby. They charge a lot for WiFi - this is unacceptable.

The hotel was not near the center of town. It is 30mins a way via the local bus. The room was of a good quality and was fairly clean. I was more surprise that the hotel charge for a hour and then for a 24hr access. This was an overwhelming surprise that made the entire experience for me. For me... More

We stayed here for one night and would recommend it. We had free secure parking and a huge buffet breakfast included in the price which was around €60 for a room for 2 adults and 2 children. We also got a free welcome drink in the bar. Hotel is a 5 minutes drive from the center of Verona. It was... More

The hotel is very nice and rooms are comfortable. It has a private parking, nice variety for breakfast and a supermarket store nearby. Only two things bothered us: 1. It is located not as close to the center as described, and you definitely need a car to get there. 2. There is not free internet - not wifi nor the... More

We stayed at the Hotel Maxim earlier this month with a toddler and a baby. Whilst we enjoyed the room size and the fact they are decently cleaned, we were disappointed that the hotel does not offer room service and there are not many dinning options close by. - after long sightseeing days this would had been quite helpful. The... More

There were 8 of us (6 adults + 2 kids) on a big VW Van on a week-long roadtrip through Europe. Maxim Hotel Verona was the 4th of 4 hotels. Older looking hotel but still ok. Staff were friendly and efficient, the 3 rooms were comfortable (even the twin rooms with extra bed). The toilet/bath was good. Parking was available... More

We stayed in the Maxim for 1 night so that we could go to the open air opera at the Arena in Verona. The hotel was very adequate for thsi purpose. The rooms and decor generally were a little dated but were spotlessly clean, bed comfortable and working air-conditioning. The great attribute for us was the on-site secure car parking... More
