Me and my husband Stayed in this hotel 19-21 October for my husbands birthday. The room was huge and had a jacuzzi bath and good sized wardrobes. The hotel provided us with a free bottle of prosecco for the day of his birthday and were all very friendly. The breakfast was ok very European but all fresh. We have stayed... More

I recently stayed at the hotel and it was fantastic, one of the best hotels I have stayed in and definitely the best I have stayed in Italy. The rooms where large and spacious the bathrooms have a jacuzzi bath and they even brought me a bottle champagne free of charge on my birthday!! The management of the hotel and... More

Best Western Firenze, Verona We stayed in one of the small apartments attached to this hotel. Breakfast was included as part of the nightly cost and served in the hotel which is only two doors away. The apartment had a bedroom with flat screen TV, separated from the living/eating area by an adequate wardrobe, a table and chairs, couch and... More

We stayed in a superior room in this hotel for two nights last week. The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was luxurious. All was spotlessly clean. Staff were efficient and friendly. Breakfast extensive and fresh. Perfectly placed for city and railway station. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Stayed 2 nights at the beginning of October. Everything was perfect at the hotel. I have stayed at many Best Westerns in Europe, Canada and the USA and this was one of the best if not the best one I have stayed at. 10 minute walk from the train station although I walked the wrong way from the station and... We arrived in Verona via train, coming out of the train station, take a right and follow signs to the Arena, hotel is half way to the Arena on your left. It is quite a hike (maybe 10 to 15 minutes), I was a little nervous about it just because I wasn’t sure we were going the correct way. Now... More

We stayed there for 3 nights and had a very good time. A modern hotel with good sized rooms a short walk from the historic city center. Good breakfast buffet and a nice street-side bar with prices well below what is normal for hotel bars. Parking availability an extra plus. Very frindly staff, not all of them fluent in english,... We stayed two nights, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was walking distance to everything you needed, the rooms were nice, clean with free wifi, and a nice included breakfast. They also had secure parking, although it was a short walk away from the hotel. The staff was very helpful and professional. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

My spouse and I stayed here for six nights in early September, 2014 and it was a real treat. The hotel was another classic example of how BW can facilitate a franchise and create a wonderful experience. Great location, just a five minute walk to the center of old town Verona, a great breakfast buffet and street side café-bar, very... More

We stayed here for one night at the end of September. It is very well located, being within easy walking distance of the train station and the old town. The hotel itself is very welcoming, the staff are first rate and the rooms very comfortable. Breakfast is a revelation - plenty of choice, food constantly replenished, uniformed and efficient staff,... More
