Great five day stay at this hotel. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast was more than adequate and the staff first class class. It's a ten minute stroll too the city centre so it's an excellent location. Even though it's on a busy main road the double glazing does its job. The rooms are very clean and the beds... More

Hotel Firenze is a great place to stay. It is situated about ten minutes walk from the Arena. It is well worth staying in a superior room. Enjoy the hydromassage bath-ideal after a hot day prior to going to the opera. The hotel is extremely well appointed and the breakfasts are fantastic. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

we had got here before check in time, we asked if we could check in early because my friend was feeling extremely sick. she said that we couldn't as they were fully booked the night before, but in saying that she still rang ahead to try and get a clean room for us, and that she did. it was so... stayed in the annex of this well placed hotel and it was lovely. 10 mins walk from the train station on main street into the old city. 10 mins walk from Piazza Bra site of the Forum. Clean quiet well appointed room. Staff excellent, friendly and helpful ++ one of the best breakfasts of any hotel I have stayed in.... More

Pros: Perfect location within a short walking distance of the Arena, restaurants and shops on one side and the railway station on the other. Very clean, smart and modern decor. Friendly, helpful staff, inside bar plus outside pavement bar to watch the world go by. Cycles to rent. Cons: can only think of one - the terrace of our studio... More

This is a true 4 star hotel! I stayed in the annex building which has rooms with a small kitchen and a third bed. The third bed is a sofa-bed which in the beginning I was worried about being uncomfortable but it is very comfortable, don't worry about this! Before arriving I exchanged many emails with the hotel staff and... More

Super stay in a family quad room which would be perfect for some self catering as it was equipped with a well stocked kitchenette. Quiet although on a main road, good air con, convenient closed garage, electric shutters for total black out and a 15 minute walk to the Arena. Good selection for breakfast including vegan and "well lady"!

Hotel very nice nearby parking and walking distance to the arena. Also the rooms are large and set up nicely the arena is in the old town where there are several nice places to dine We had gone to the opera and was amazed how well the arena has stood the test of tome

We (2 adults and a 13 year old) have just returned from a week at the Hotel Firenze. We chose it from the reviews on Tripadvisor as it seemed to meet all our requirements for our holiday. Near the centre of Verona, near the railway station and bus station for trips to venice and Lake Garda. We were not disappointed,... More

Verona can be tricky for car travellers but this hotel is very easy to find and also benefits from its own underground parking, at 20 euros a night. Plus it is easy to unload and load the car outside the hotel. Rooms were clean and tidy but very outdated design wise. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well. Breakfast room... More
