This hotel is in a great location very near to the old city and easily walkable from the station. The room was clean, comfortable and well equiped for a short stay. The breakfast was good with a large variety so there was something to suit everyone. We didn't use the bar but at a glance this looked very nice and... More

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and wished we could stay longer. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Verona P.N. and about a 15-minute walk from the city center (L'Arena, etc). Clean, spacious room and delicious breakfast buffet starting at 7am. We were able to take the train to Venice for the day (about 1 hr... More

We've just spent two nights here. Chosen for its proximity to the stazione, a short 10 min walk, it was a little farther to the old town area. Our room was quiet, very clean, had a great firm but comfy bed. Bathroom generous size with an interesting shower cubicle. Breakfast was excellent. Hope on/off bus travels down this main street.... Good's 1. Location is just near the station & walking distance to everything 2. Breakfast is just decent ( for vegetarians ) - probably bread & cakes max 3. Staff is quite courteous / helpful Bad's Though we were suppose to be checking in at 2.00 p.m per the hotel policies , but the rooms weren't ready , we had... More

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of our honeymoon in May 2015. Having read the reviews I was quite disappointed. There's nothing particularly wrong with the hotel but nothing outstanding either. It's fine for a short break but I wouldn't have wanted to stay any longer and I would try a different hotel if I was to... More

We stayed for 3 nights mid May and were pleasantly surprised by the whole hotel. The hotel was in a great location, not too far from Verona's centre (5 minute walk) and the train station. So the perfect hotel to explore Verona and the surrounding areas like Lake Garda. We booked the cheapest room and were amazed at what we... More

I was there for both business and pleasure. It was late January. Freezing cold but the hotel has just the right temperature. The golden capped church beside the hotel was divine. The open stores was just a stone throw away and the selection was excellent. There were supermarkets and department store about a minute walk. The hotel also offered a... More

Booked this hotel from reviews I read on Trip Advisor and was even more surprised at how lovely and spacious the room was. We were in the rooms in the separate building with a private entrance (very nice, they even had umbrellas in the lobby area to use!) and was on the first floor with a lovely balcony and 2... More

The Firenze was a wonderful hotel, which exceeded expectation in almost every area. It's not far from the train station and is a pleasant, ten minute stroll to the arena and Piazza Bra. So why doesn't it get five stars? I'll come to that but first - here are the good points. Our room was fabulous. Every amenity you could... More

dear JandApe, I have to apologize for the problem you had with our wi-fi accreditation system: we are still waiting for its upgrade by our i.t. supplier to avoid customers to enter every day login and password because of the increasing number of people connecting. I hope will be back soon and everything will work as you expect. Sergio Cucini More

Very nicely remodeled hotel in a perfect location. Just a short walk to the Arena, the spectacular Roman ruins that are a highlight of a city filled with highlights. Short walk in the opposite direction to the train station for one and a half hour train ride to the Grand Canal in Venice. Hotel parking garage is nearby but there... More
