Even though the hotel was in Verona, a very romantic place, and near Venizia, it wasnt really worth it. For the price you pay at the hotel restaurant, it isnt worth it, you better eat outside. Wifi wasn't for free while the others hotels had it. (2euros for 1hours..) It isnt practical when you're from an other country and u... More

I just recently returned from my Italian vacation in Verona, Venice, Florence, Milan, Pisa and Cinque Terre. My fiancé and I stayed at this hotel while in Verona. From the moment we walked in, the hotel staff was very rude and extremely unfriendly. We were very surprised as we've had such a great experience with all the staff at the... More

I feel ashamed to share my dining experience at this hotel. Recently we stayed for an overnight in this hotel. The room was freaky cold and there was no blanket in the room. The most horrible experience which we had is in our breakfast table. These hotel people had made some separate dining arrangement for Indians and Europeans. We came... More

We were 9 ppl with 2 cars , so we needed a place with reasonable price with free parking area. We booked 3 bedrooms from booking.com. the rooms were clean , bathroom was renovated with enough towels and shampoos . Breakfast was good (although not luxury), and we made good friendship at breakfast roon with other passengers. The elevators were... More

This hotel was Holiday Inn before and was renamed probably because the standards of the chain were no more respected. The rooms are average size and the furniture is quite old but with a nice design. It is well maintained, rooms were very warm, the hotel is clean and towels were changed daily. Rooms differ in color and curtains-bed cover,... More

Our family reserved two rooms for one night for a brief visit to Verona. The hotel is quite a ways from the center of the city, but as we were traveling by car the free parking and the ease of access to central Verona was fine. The rooms were spartan but functional. The bathrooms very updated and clean. Only one... More

The lobby is smallish, with the restaurant on the side. The room is basic, small, with 3 different cots with beds, for a strange reason; for a family of 2..Could hear noises from the next room; was very disturbing. The real problem started with the lifts, they are too small, almost claustrophobic; cannot accommodate a family of two with luggage.... More

Stayed for 3 nights and used the hotel as a base whilst on business in and around the Verona area. Comfortable and clean enough, my room was on the 2nd floor at the left side of the hotel and the noise from the road and very early in the morning from either the supermarket / bin collection was a bit... We stayed in this hotel for 1 night. Room was average, with 3 separate beds although we booked for 2 persons. Small TV with some movie channels but all dubbed in Italian. Took me some time to find a power outlet. We checked in around 10 pm. and all the nearby restaurants were closed, as well as the hotel restaurant.... More

Comfortable beds and rather clean - there are all the positives. No toiletres in the room (i know they give it as I saw it on the maid trolley the next day). No tea facilities, nothing in the minibar except 2 bottles of water which was 2 EUR/bottle! And I had to call the reception to ask the price as... More
