My partner & I returned yesterday after a fabulous two night stay in Verona. We stayed at the Hotel Giberti. The del-luxe room was spacious and extremely well appointed, with a lovely bathroom and a brilliant shower! It was decorated in a tasteful & modern style. The same, however could not be said of the Reception/Bar area, which could only... More

Visited on a trip for both sightseeing and business. Hotel was welcoming, friendly staff, clean rooms and bathrooms, lots of space, comfy beds, nice breakfast (juices were not good/ very synthetic from a tap, but food was nice otherwise). Décor might not be up to date, but in all other aspects the place was clean, welcoming, spacious and close to... More

stayed in Hotel Giberti in Verona in February 2015, business trip, single person. Hotel well located for city centre, 12 mins walk to Piazza Bra. Staff helpful and welcoming, hotel clean, quiet and overall good. Room - ok for single person, comfy double bed. would be rather small for 2 people, so understand it must be single room Very good bathroom,... More

Nice hotel with always smiling personnel. Situated about 7-10 minutes walking from the city center, mini-market in front of the hotel. The hotel is quiet and clean Regardless the fact the hotel is non-smoking hotel there was a strong smoke smell in the room and in the corridor, Probably I can't blame the hotel for it but the careless guests.... We booked a deluxe room and while it contained all the facilities as advertised, the description of the room as being spacious and having a seating area were exaggerated. The photographs of a typical deluxe room on the web site were not representative of the room we were allocated. The location was excellent and staff were very helpful. Facilities were as... More

The good news: this hotel is an easy walk from the train station. The bad news: the area around the train station was bombed during WWII so this part of town is postwar. All the old and fascinating parts of Verona that you want to see will be a ten to twenty minute walk from this hotel. Since this hotel... More

Travelled alone as a stop over for 24 hours on my way to Tirana. Hotel is perfectly located. Upon arrival the hotel let me check in early because I was on an early flight. They also gave me a map of the city so I could go and explore. Room was comfortable, clean with a good bathroom. Air con was... More

Having stayed at this hotel on a number of visits to Verona and always experienced great services and a hotel with very clean, well appointed and airy rooms. Hotel is conveniently situated close, a short walk 10 mins max to the Piazza Bra, The Arena, Piazza Herbe and Juliet's balcony. Enjoy your visit to this lovely safe City close to... More

I loved this hotel!!!! I will absolutely stay here again! The room was absolutely stunning! The bathroom amazing! We stayed on the second floor and our jaws dropped when we walked in. Most of our hotels that we've stayed at in Italy have all been extremely small. This one was breathtaking! I cannot fault one thing and I can be... More

A functional, city hotel well placed for a short visit to Verona. The room was large but the decor a bit dated. Breakfast was adequate and the outdoor dining area pleasant. We enjoyed using the free bikes available at the hotel and would return for a short break but this is really a functional hotel rather than a place for... More
