The big plus for this hotel is it's location just off the main Piazza. That's it! The rooms are dated, the breakfast is very poor and the staff are probably the glummest staff I have come across anywhere in the world. The hotel only gets away with advertising as a 4 star due to it's location as it's certainly not... More

Our family of 4 (2 sons aged 11 and 19) stayed one night here during our recent trip to France and Italy. We had a lovely room that comprised a main bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and a stunning spacious marble bathroom. The bedrooms were separated by polished timber sliding doors. There was lovely attention to detail... More

Pluses - brilliant central convenient location - quiet room but not a very exciting view - adequate breakfast - friendly, accommodating service Minuses - expensive for what you get - not really a minus, but decor is a little old fashioned

We had one of their standard rooms facing away from the street. Very quiet. The room was outdated, although clean and not worn out. Just very 90s or even 80s. Safe was not big enough to house an iPad. Bed was on the hard side, but pillows really terrible, rock hard. Breakfast was nice with large and fresh spread, which... More

We had a superior room with a sitting room area, which added to the space and comfort of the experience, but there was some street noise - only to be expected in a city centre hotel. The bed was comfortable and there was no noise at all from inside the hotel during the evenings or overnight despite it being busy.... More

100 m from the Arena, and the shopping street Via Mazzini with lots of possiblities to spend money, and nearly all other sights. The reception is the smallest I have ever seen, ok for 2, but more people must stand outside. The room was extremely small, had no charm, too hard bed, but a working aircondition and a nice bath.... The hotel is well situated - especially if you are here for the opera. Breakfast is well above average - with the best coffee I have ever had in an Italian hotel. However a hotel is for sleeping in and hard pillows and lots of street noise don't make this easy. If you get the right room, you may enjoy... More

The best location to explore Verona, private parking (22 EUR /d.!) is expensive, but convenient. Receptionist is extremely friendly, the room was big and quiet. But the hotel needs a revamp, respecting the beautiful old elements. Especially the breakfast room and the breakfast itself need a modern twist.

I was on business in Verona and stayed at this hotel for a week. The room was spacious and comfortable. Internet worked very well and at a reasonable bandwidth. Breakfast was very good (I love cappuccinos and this hotel had the best!). The hotel is on a quiet street one block away from the main square and two blocks from... More

We totally loved this hotel. It is within walking distance of everything. It's right behind Piazza Bra, so plenty of places to eat and drink with the beautiful arena right there. There tons of shopping within walking distance, also "Juliette's House" is 3 mins away. The room was clean, airconditioning was perfect. Staff was super friendly. We found the food... More
