We stayed in a superior double room for a long weekend away. The hotel was lovely, well decorated and the staff were very helpful. However our room overlooked a small side street and there was noise going on all night. We had loud people shouting, mopeds racing under our window, bin lorries emptying the rubbish at 5.30 every morning and... More

Lovely remodeled old building with tons of charms and very good service. Great breakfast buffet with cheeses and salumi from the region, great coffee and juices. Staff could not be nicer and more attentive to your needs. Good for business, family and romantic travel. A step away from all you want to see, yet quiet enough to rest after a... More

Great location, facilities and service. Very authentic interior, both rooms & public areas. Not much staff, or so it seems, but it's very friendly and helpful without being intrusive, with service being there when needed. The whole atmostphere matches Verona greatly.

Old world Italian decor with a fabulous room finished to a high spec. Superb location which is 2 minutes from piazza bra and 5 minutes from piazza Erbe. Only downside is the price of drinks in the hotel. Instead of having a drink there go right once you come out of the front door there is an excellent bar next... More

Hotel is located in a beautiful old building, the interior of the hotel is very subtle and romantic, reminiscent of times as books of Agatha Christie. Room with a view of the street was very spacious, comfortable, furnished with antique furniture. Of the two balconies were nice views of the city. The spacious bathroom. Excellent breakfast, helpful staff. Excellent location... More

While only a stone's throw from Piazza Bra, the lively hub of Verona, the hotel is relatively quiet. Situated in an old building reputedly to be once a palace and/or a monastery, our modernly appointed room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The free Internet service worked well without any interruptions. The included breakfast buffet was extensive and the waitresses were... More

The big plus for this hotel is it's location just off the main Piazza. That's it! The rooms are dated, the breakfast is very poor and the staff are probably the glummest staff I have come across anywhere in the world. The hotel only gets away with advertising as a 4 star due to it's location as it's certainly not... More

Our family of 4 (2 sons aged 11 and 19) stayed one night here during our recent trip to France and Italy. We had a lovely room that comprised a main bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and a stunning spacious marble bathroom. The bedrooms were separated by polished timber sliding doors. There was lovely attention to detail... More

Pluses - brilliant central convenient location - quiet room but not a very exciting view - adequate breakfast - friendly, accommodating service Minuses - expensive for what you get - not really a minus, but decor is a little old fashioned

We had one of their standard rooms facing away from the street. Very quiet. The room was outdated, although clean and not worn out. Just very 90s or even 80s. Safe was not big enough to house an iPad. Bed was on the hard side, but pillows really terrible, rock hard. Breakfast was nice with large and fresh spread, which... More
