The bed is one of the most relaxing I have stayed in for a long time, and the hotel is very stylish, and very well located with friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel and look to return in the future!

The Grand Hotel in Verona is a beautiful hotel. It has a good location and is only a 5-10 minute stroll along wide marble sidewalks to get to the historic district, and a 20-25 minute walk to anywhere else that you really want to see. The staff are extremely friendly and will gladly give directions and suggestions. The entrance is... More

We stayed here 2 nights Found the hotel ideally placed a few minutes walk from the old town and the railway station. We were able to leave the car in Italia car park 50 yards from the hotel. All the staff encounter were very friendly and wanting to make our holiday special. The room was very stylish and very clean... More

Nice hotel located close to the rail station, at the beggining of the town but not far away from the main atractions. The service and breakfast were very good. Very good hotel for doing tourism when staying a couple of days.

There are many places in Verona, but here close to the Arena in a interesting little old fashion hotel I would come back. Check in fast and effective. Very friendly staff brings you to the room. I ask for a quite one and I got one. Room was very clean and bathroom big. The Hotel has nice staff at all... More

We booked this hotel very last minute (literally 20 minutes before we arrived) so we didn't deliberate over it for long. On arrival we were greeted by the polite and friendly reception staff. We booked a suite, which was very well appointed. My only real issue was the uncomfortable couch in the lounge area, but we didn't spend much time... More

Have stayed at this hotel several times. It is what you would expect of a hotel of this standard. Friendly staff ,clean . 10mins walk from the station and only three minutes stroll from the centre of Verona. Breakfast is extensive ,with a wide selection of items to suit all nationalities. depending on the time of the year prices do... More

We chose this hotel due to its location in between the train station and old city. This was a good decision since the hotel became a base for touring not only Verona but also Trento, Mantova, and other smaller nearby cities. The hotel was recently renovated and the rooms were very comfortable. The beds were particularly impressive. Breakfast quality was... More

This hotel ruined my experience of Verona. We checked in and staff were polite. We were shown to our room which took 30 seconds as it was on the same level and around the side of reception through a sliding door by an office! It was not big enough to unpack our suitcase. I complained and was told that the... More

Dear Whereyoug, I'm really sorry that Grand Hotel ruined your experience of Verona. I understand from your description which room you are speaking about. The hotel has some rooms which are not very big because it's an ancient building, built as a private house of a rich family and reconverted in a hotel in the half of the last century.... More

The hotel is 5 min walking from downtown which is quite the only good thing in this experience... The breakfast not bad... No room service, no express laundry, no fitness center, very bad wifi, no restaurant, very bad surprise when I had to Pay 30€ extra by night for my boyfriend to be here... Rooms are very old and very... More

Dear Mrs. Eva g, I'm very sad about your review. It's true that we don't have a fitness center and a restaurant but this information is available also before reserving the hotel! Everywhere it's written that we don't have a restaurant and a fitness center and if you need these 2 services, you don't have to reserve Grand Hotel! I... More
