Especially for opera lovers in summer this is great location at fantastic price and complementary shuttle bus service to the opera and back. Have stayed there for several opera trips already, have no intent to look further! Also free car parking provided with easy access!

Thank you very much dear guest! We will provide the Shuttle bus to the Opera in 2014 too. It will be free for all the guests who will have a meal at Trattoria ai Bastioni. More

I stayed in this hotel on a short trip to beautiful Verona to attend summer Opera series. Room & breakfast was good - clean, bright with friendly staff. I had to wait for almost an hour to check in - they are strict with the access time! However the real bonus was the hotel shuttle to & from the Opera... More

Dear Guest, thank you very much for your kind and positive review, we really appreciate it! During the Opera season our guests enjoy to sleep till late cause opera ends late night, so we can start cleaning the rooms later and we finish very close to the scheduled check in time of 2 pm. We stayed for 3 nights and found the hotel to be very good as was the adjoining restaurant. Wild outside colour with art deco feel but easy to find. Staff helpful, room clean, modern and quiet despite main road. Good value. Take number 11 bus, just round the corner, to centre/arena, 1.5 euro (need change for on board machine)

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights.Friendly staff, nice rooms . But aircondition stand on the floor near the bed,so i couldnt sleep with it,because it was then too cold. One more negative thing- no free wifi. But i recommend this hotel,is very nice.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 2 night, late September 2013. We arrived about 30 minutes early and so had to wait until 2pm to check in, which I guess is fair enough but the hotel was no where near full so we did hope to be able to check in a little earlier. However the receptionist... More

Dear guest, thank for your positive review. I will let immediately check the window of your room cause for sure it has a problem. All rooms that are on the front side are totally soundproof and usually you can see the traffic outside without hearing any noise. Sorry for the inconvenient, you should have asked to change the room. We... More

We stayed at this hotel one night. It's 20 min walking from the city center and the receptionist was very nice giving us directions and a map. The room was , somehow, disappointing- everything looked old, the aspect was closer to a motel than a hotel. One has to pay 5 euros for the wifi ( really? Is 21st century,... More

Dear guest, to cover a huge building like an hotel with a wifi connection involves to use expensive techical equipement (not like at home where a little router is enough). We want to sell our rooms at the lower price, so we make the other services as extras. By the way... Since 2014 wifi connection will be free Thank you More

We booked this hotel for one night only. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Good for the price, however, the receptionist that checked us in was incredibly rude, we were thrown our keys and sent to the room, with no minimal orientation. When we asked about check out times and wifi access, we were lucky enough to even... More

Dear guest, I'm very sorry that you have had such a problem with our receptionist at your arrival. I would appreciate so much if you could write me an email at manager@hotelsverona.it to explain me better what has happened so that I can do something about! These things makes me really angry! About the other thing: some rooms have a... More

Spent one night here for a stopover to see Verona on the way to Malcesine. Room was small but clean and neat. Staff very friendly. The Restaurant attached was brilliant, I had a pizza called 'Steve Mcqueen'!! and reasonably priced. Not sure I would stay again though as it was about 20 minutes walk to the town centre.

This is a very finicky hotel - make sure you pay attention to the fine print! We booked our stay through Expedia, only to find out upon check-in that breakfast and free wifi is only available to guests that use the hotel's website to book their stay. The hotel advertises a free shuttle to the train station, but the shuttle... More
