We found this through Booking.com who advised that it was close to the centre. However, we found it to be a 25 minute walk into the main centre of Verona which is a long walk in hot conditions. The location also isn't well served by the town bus network so we resorted to taxis which were expensive and difficult to... More

Dear guest, 1) Booking.com shows our location on a satellite map: we are 20 minutes walking from the Arena. No way to misunderstood. In the city center there is plenty of Hotels: if you didn't want to walk you should have choosen one of those. What we offer to our guests is a compromise: a short walk for a cheaper... More

We decided to stay in this hotel since we needed something cheap with parking place and in a walking distance (1,9 km, slightly over 20 minutes) from the historical center of Verona (Arena di Verona). It was last-time reservation and the price was incredibly low compared to other hotels available at hat time in the area. The hotel was really... More

Dear guest, thank you for the kind review. Of course for a cheap price you can't claim to have luxury. I am happy that you've found in our Hotel the best solution for your stay in Verona and that you've appreciated our honest kindness. Of course I would have preferred a higher rating... More

Dear guest, 1) check in time is at 2 p.m. it is clearly written when you do your reservation. You have had your room at 2 p.m., so we have been perfect. 2) while you were waiting 20 minutes for your room (cause you have arrived too early) our Trattoria Pizzeria was open and ready to give you a tasty... My wife and I booked this hotel via low cost holidays about two months before we travelled there between 4-7 June 2015. The building looks very odd from the outside being painted in strips of different colours but don't let that put you off going there. The staff were friendly, occasional language difficulties but minimally, and gave us good information.... More

I lived in Verona in 2014. Few weeks ago, I come back for a conference and I decided to stay overnight in this hotel. Rooms are nice, and service good. Breakfast ok. I am glad to have been here, because on the other side of the route, there is a swimming pool (25m and 50m). So, .. it's very easy... More

When the owner's comments start with "We would like to avoid horrible guests too dear sir", I don't think you can expect too much courtesy there. This was indeed our main gripe. Similarly heavy-handed passport processing as described below. Also, what was also mentioned previously, their Internet policy requires you to have a Facebook account to get online. When I... More

Dear Guest, I apologize if we are not always perfect. For example sometimes very early morning (5 am) we are a little sleepy and could happen that we don't understand immediately if the guest that is in front of us has already paid. A little misunderstanding, apologies and everything is solved. Sometimes we get a little tired to fulfill our... More

Simple, but very nice and clean, close to train station and the best part -the great restaurant in hotel. Restaurant was our main attraction in this hotel, since we ate there even twice. Good access to old city and central parts. Good value!

Spend a little bit more money and try to find somewhere closer to the city. On a highway. Noisy. Dirty. To get into the city you have to walk ten minutes down the highway. Not nice! No bus links (useless - quoted to me by the hotelier) 'free shuttle' only for restaurant guests. Can 'free shuttle' to the station though... More

We would like to avoid horrible guests too dear sir. You cannot complain about the location of our Hotel cause you've chosen it independently: no one has forced you to choose us if the location wasn't good for you. We are just 1.8 km from the Arena (source: Google Maps) and everyone can easily check it before booking a room.... More

We were surprised and delighted with the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. There was, for an additional fee, underground parking for the motorcycles. An elevator made it easy to move our gear in and out. We were walking distance from the center of Verona. This is a great, cost-effective alternative for visitors to the city.

The hotel is a bit distant from the center, bit it's a nice walk to it; I personally loved it :-). The room was clean and included all the necessities for a three-day trip. A big plus for the hotel is the free of charge shuttle bus. The polite personal need to be mentioned too: thank you guys :-)
