Our first trip to Verona. What a great place to visit! We stayed here and it was awesome. They upgraded our room and so we had this huge room with a balcony that overlooked the courtyard and looked down on the Romeo and Juliet balcony. It was great. They bring breakfast to your room and you get access to the... More

Having exclusive access to Juliet's courtyard after 7:30 is a very special feeling, and being able to see the balcony was a hit with my new wife (we were on honeymoon!) The room was stunning, having breakfast brought to the room was fantastic. Some people may not like the fact there is no bar or restaurant, it was not a... More

I stayed here solo earlier this year. I had the most fantastic room just opposite Juliet's balcony, so I could look at it as much as I liked far from the madding crowd. The courtyard gets crowded with sightseers so I felt very privileged having access to it at the quiet moments. The rooms are sumptuous and this is perfect... More

Romantic, plush and clean. Spacious room, comfortable beds, nice linens and a beautiful large bathroom with jacuzzi, beautiful sitting room adjacent to bedroom. Staff extremely courteous and gracious. Hotel is in Juliets court, so be prepared to walk in to a courtyard full of tourists taking a peak at Juliet's balcony. Once you get passed the crowds, hotel lobby is... More

Paid £228 for one night bed and breakfast in the nightingale room which had a split room with the bedroom being on the mezzanine floor and a double Jacuzzi bath and a double balcony overlooking the via cappello street. Hotel very easy to find, bit of a scrabble through the tourists in the archway to get to the front of... More

Had a night here in a wonderful duplex suite on the top floor. Amazing bathroom with a jacuzzi for 2 and a super comfortable bed. Doubt there are many nicer rooms in Verona. What might put people off is that this isn't really a hotel as there are no real facilities. It is more a building of suites with a... More

To say this hotel is romantic is not enough. To say the staff goes an extra mile for you is definitely not enough. The place itself with its location and history lives up to any expectations you may have of such a place. When your breakfast arrives to your room you feel like a boss :) On the departure we... We stayed here for two nights on our way through Europe to our chalet in Bulgaria. On reaching Verona, we had to go and find the hotel on foot, and then go back to fetch luggage etc. The hotel was quite difficult to find as it was through an archway full of tourists taking photos of Juliet's balcony. There was... More

Can you imagine that the court is full of pele, taking millions of pictures, and you just walk in in your hotel?? Entrance is in... More

I stayed here with my wife and daughter last week for 5 nights. The room we booked was la Luna and it was nicely decorated, very clean and had an excellent ensuite bathroom. Set in a very busy part of Verona, next door to Casa di Giulietta, the entrance to the hotel is via the courtyard which overlooks the balcony... More
