Stayed here for three nights. First the good things: Our room on the second floor facing the street was beautifully appointed. The quality of the furniture and bed was very good as was the bathroom with a jacuzzi, although a little on the small side. The staff were very welcoming and whenever anything was wrong it was immediately put right... More

Nightmare. Tacky and really horrible hotel located in a gated alleyway covered in graffitti touted to tourists as the residence of "Juliet." The rooms are decorated in a garish style reminiscent of a brothel. The bathtub is the size of a swimming pool that would take hours to fill with the trickle of water from the tap and simply does... We spent three nights here, in a junior suite, whilst celebrating our wedding anniversary. The accommodation was luxurious, but, in common with some other reviewers, we found the air conditioning was erratic, which made the suite uncomfortably hot at times. Our suite overlooked Juliet's balcony, so as a result the noise from the tourists was an intrusion from 10am. It's... More

Me and my partner came here in May and stayed for 5 nights and stayed in one of the rooms on the street side. After reading the bad reviews about the noise and hoards of people etc I was slightly hesitant but I decided to go ahead and book it anyway because it looked so beautiful and I wasn't disappointed.... We booked this hotel for a five nights holiday last week. The hotel staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel is centrally located and we walked to everywhere we wanted to see during our stay. While Juliet's house attracts crowds during the day, there are gates at the entrance which are closed at 7.30pm, which means... More

We booked for three nights directly with the hotel on line. It is very special as you can read in all the reviews. We got the big room looking right at the famous balcony and yes, there was noise from the crowds starting about 9 in the morning but Verona is such a great place to walk around, you don't... More

They had no wi-fi in my room; even though they have 3 different servers, not one worked! Not good for a business stay at all. A/c runs on and off continually, so the noise is very disturbing, no pens, no tissues. So, aside from a pretty location and view, I cannot really say this was a great hotel!

My husband booked this hotel for our silver wedding anniversary during a holiday at the Italian lakes. I was delighted to find it was the hotel with Juliets balcony! The rooms are amazing with beautiful four poster bed, double jacuzzi bath and mini fridge stocked with lots of bubbles! We had some problems with the air conditioning and music but... More

I would recommend this hotel for couples because it's very romantic. The room was very nice and fresh. We lived there for 4 nights and I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. They helped us with everything and even upgraded our room to their best suite AND payed a restaurant visit for us because of a mistake we... More
