Luxury and spacious rooms tastefully decorated with big comfy beds. Lovely bathrooms with great shower facilities and bath with Jacuzzi jets. The hotel is in a great location and also the staff are very friendly and helpful, not stuffy at all which is sometimes the case in 5* hotels. Breakfast served in the room was a treat. Could not have... More

What a perfect spot to spend a few days wandering the treasurres of Verona. Staff was lovely and accommodating (allowed us to change to a different room with a double tub). Breakfast served in room, while not as extensive as a buffet was a romantic touch. Visiting Juliets house and courtyard without the crowds was a bonus and being so... More

Ideal if combined with an opera visit. Nice service and friendly staff. Choose room on their web site and book exact room of your choice. Upper floors are better to avoid noise from tourists coming to see fake balcony. But lovely and calm at night since they lock the entrance door in the evening.

This hotel is located in the courtyard of Juliet's balcony. We stayed at the Il Mundo suite with views on the famous balcony. If you're looking for a romantic getaway, look no further. To enter the hotel, you walk through the tunnel of love notes left by visitors. Once in the courtyard, the entrance of the hotel is cordoned off... More

I don't use the word exceptional often as it means out of the ordinary to me. First thing to say is that it isn't a standard hotel in that is has no bar or restaurant but that turned out to be a bonus. A bonus because the hotel is located within yards of Piazza Erbe which is full of them.... More

Great hotel, helpful staff, probably at the upper end of the cost to value range (i.e. slightly pricey) in off season when we stayed, but it was really nice. Only 3 stars because of all the Juliet's balcony nonsense - and which this hotel helps to perpetuate and benefits from - which is a total fraud (see separate review).

Just got back from 2 nights in Vernoa, staying at this hotel, and leaving was the worst thing about the vacation! The hotel is beautiful, set in the courtyard that houses the balcony of Juliet's house and also the bronze statue of herself. It is very busy during the day, obviously, but the hotel is a sanctuary. Check in and... More

If you are looking for a beautiful stay in Verona that is the place! Beautiful boutique hotel with very well decorated rooms and bathrooms. It offers an excelent breakfast too. The view of Giuletta's balcony just outside from your window is another positive point. Perfect!

You get to the hotel by going through the arch into the courtyard of "Juliet's house." Once you have found your way through the almost constant crowd of tourists, the hotel door is immediately on the left, behind a rope gate. Inside the hotel is lovely. It's quiet, classy and beautifully decorated and furnished. We were in La Rosa room,... More

We stayed here for two nights whilst visiting Verona. Great location with the entrance to the hotel in the court yard of Juliet's House. During the day this is very busy but come 7.30pm and the gates are closed to visitors so you have the courtyard all to yourself. The rooms are lovely, big and comfortable. The bathrooms were really... More
