I spent there a week end with my husband. Lovely town and hotel is amazing. We really spent there a nice time. staff is friendly and helped us a lot with details on sighting tours. breakfast was ok... Not needed to take any motorboat. we were really close by San Marco square.

No doubt, this hotel is in a great place. You couldn't be better situated for all the main attractions of Venice like Piazza St Marco and Rialto bridge. We had a very nice stay in this hotel, we booked a room for 3 persons, for 5 nights. It was a spacious room. My daughter (14) had a proper bed. Nice bathroom (one day there was no hot water). Just back from a 4 day trip staying at the Ca' Alvise and had a lovely time! Staff very helpful. Hotel location very central. Rooms very comfortable. Beautiful City! The breakfast was good.
