This hotel is quite simply a knockout. I couldn't think of a thing that could have made our stay better. Honestly, if you're looking for a classy, smaller hotel that's luxurious without being ostentatious and reflects the real spirit of Venice, don't hesitate to book this one. It's a delight in every respect. In summary: Wonderful building, fabulous restoration, elegant... more

Dear Friend, I'm not sure to fully understand what you mean. We have room service, you just have to call the concirge to have something from the bar. From the bar you can have any kind of drink a light snacks (a sandwitch or a cake, or any similar thing). We actually don't have a restaurant inside of the hotel....

This hotel was excellent in every respect. Polite and courteous staff, delicious breakfast, immaculate and tastefully furbished room together with a brilliant location. You do have about a 15 minute walk to St Marks Square but you have to walk in Venice otherwise you completely miss out on the essence of this wonderful city. There is a water bus stop... more

It was our 30th Wedding Anniversary and the hotel proved to be that little bit special. Stunning architecture. Luxurious room overlooking the Grand Canal, definitely worth the extra cost. Such a delight to sit on their terrace and be close to all the watery action. Easy to reach all the attractions with a Vaporetti stop on the doorstep. Staff were... more

This could not have been any more perfect for my husband and I to spend our 25 th wedding anniversary . I had searched over and over all the details of the many hotels in Venice. This was my choice and it was better ....way better then I imagined. It was charming, beautiful and most of all romantic. Its location... more

We chose this hotel to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and it was wonderful. The location is ideal - near to all the major sites but away from the bustle and crowds at the end of the day. The palazzo interior was elegant and stylish. All members of staff were very helpful and always courteous. Breakfast was excellent and it... more

Dear Deborah, thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry for the air conditioning. It has been warm until last week and the cold arrived without any advise! It's always difficult to manage the season changes in the weather, today is cold but tomorrow can be warm again. The heating has been turned on anyway! Warmest regards! Roberto

Given this was our honeymoon, it was more important than ever for the hotel to be just right - and it didn't disappoint! We loved the location, particularly campo San Banarba for evening spriz aperitifs and the campo San Margherita for pavement dining amidst the crowds that fill the square on warm evenings. Our room was beautifully finished and what... more

Buongiorno! I'm happy you enjoyed your honeymoon in Venice, and I'm happy that you enjoyed the hotel as well. I'm sorry for the terrace, but it was really not possible to keep it open with that weather. We usually open it as soon as we see that the weather permit it (evene if it's not sunny). Anyway if someone want...

A truly charming hotel - staff incredibly helpful - travelling with a two year old has to be one of life's great challenges for a family - despite the hotel's grace and formal interior, we were made to feel entirely at home. One minor snag is feeding that 2 year old - they hotel does not have in house meals... more

Good afternoon! Hopefully we will have a restaurant next year! For the moment we are able to prepare just snacks and sandwiches at the bar. Warmest regards! Roberto

We stayed in the junior suite with the balcony overlooking the grand canal. Our room was beautifully decorated, with no comfort overlooked. The bathroom with it's "bubbly tub" and shower was a modern marvel, while the rest of the room had a definite, luxurious "old world" feel, with wood floors, persian carpets and beautiful fabrics. The palazzo is beautifully restored,... more
