My Husband & I reached Venice by Train much before the check-in time. It was amazing that we could reach the Hotel without lugging our stuff across bridges to get to the hotel. It is situated in a lovely district enroute from the station to the main sights overlooking a quieter canal. We left our luggage and came back after... More

This hotel has been excellent. The hotel is located on a quieter street which is very nice after a long day of walking through crowds. It's a 5 - 10 minute walk from the train station and there is quiet back street that you can use to walk your luggage. There is a nice cafe just below the hotel that... More

This hotel is about 400m from the train station. Our room overlooked a canal. This meant we were able towatch everyday working life, starting at about 5:30am, a little noisy, but interesting & fun. In the same vein night life was available from our window, mainly restaurant goers. The rooms are not large, but they were certainly adequate, clean &... More

my partner booked this hotel as a birthday present. I made the hotel reservation through laterooms.com. I made the reservation In January 2014 and i reserved the hotel for €735 for three nights, in a junior suit with balcony. once checked in at the Palazzo Cendon, I entered the room I did not feel impressed with it considering i had... Recently spent 3 nights here in a "standard" room. It was clean with a modern bathroom, good shower, shower gel, soap bar and shampoo provided, wall hair dryer was more powerful than most in hotels. Room was small-ish but perfectly adequate with sufficient storage, safe and fridge. Also very welcome bottle of wine - nice touch. I couldn't open outer... More

We stayed at this hotel 3 night on July 2013 with our family. The hotel was very nice, our room with a big balcony overlooking the canal that very good to see many activity in the canal. Location very good, easy access to reach of the main attractions. We shall come back next year.

We loved our stay here. Our group of 4 had to change our plans from a vacation rental quickly due to poor communication from the owner. With the trip fast approaching we were able to hear back from the staff at Palazzo Cendon quickly and the rates were very reasonable. Our rooms were clean and the showers were great! The... More

The service was terrible. The workers at the hotel were not friendly and not helpful at all. We had an emergency and had to leave a day early. I told the manager at nine in the morning on Friday that we had an emergency and would not need our room for Saturday. Our dog had gotten sick and we had... More
