It's close to the Alilaguna stop so you can make your arrival by water which is such a charming way to arrive. The hotel is very close to some great places to eat and drink, close to the Academia bridge and near to some nice little shops. The breakfast was generous, the rooms were warm and very quiet and I... I stayed at the Hotel Dei Dragomanni for 3 nights. This is the second time I stay at this charming boutique hotel, which is very well located on a quiet and narrow alley off Campo San Maurizio, with short walking distance both to Rialto and San Marco. If you take a water taxi, note that Academia is closer than San... More

After having trouble finding it (We got the water taxi to San Marco not realizing Academia is closer) we was greeted by the reception staff who were very polite and very happy to help! The reception area and main foyer was very clean, smelt nice and had a very modern/historic surrounding. The rooms were a perfect size for a couple,... More

Spent 4 nights at the Dragomani, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Chosen for its location, we were very happy with our room, which had a view over a small park and a glimpse of the grand canal. Bathroom, small but well equipped, with everything we needed, shower was great but shower head a bit low for my 6 ft... More

The water taxi from the airport dropped us off on the Grand Canal, just 50 yards from the hotel entrance. We had a family of four and were given a room on the top floor. The layout was a bit quirky and some low ceiling heights in some corners. Three beds in the bedroom was a bit tight, but there... More

I booked a vacation package for Venice at a late date for this past Thanksgiving and this hotel was with my package. The photos on Tripadvisor are accurate. The hotel is really quite a nice little property. The location is great, just off a quite square (Campo San Maurizio) and just about 3 minutes walk from the Vaporetto stop S.Maria... More

We came to this hotel not thinking anything of it but we ended up very surprised the second we stepped through the door. Service was great with a worker taking our bags up to the room and showing us where everything was in the room and how to switch the tv to English! The breakfast was amazing and complimentary. Location... More

We stayed at The Hotel Dei Dragomanni for 4 nights for the New Year 2015. The hotel was easy to find as the water taxi driver knew where to drop us (there is a stop 50m away). The room was extremely comfortable and clean offering a very comfortable bed. The room was also always cleaned to a high standard. The... More

In many ways this was the perfect hotel. Close to several water bus stops, short walk to many of the most popular attractions, but just off of a very quiet plaza. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast with meat and cheese tray, breads, cereal, fruit, etc. Nice décor that felt like it belongs in Venice. Room small by American standards,... More

Our family with kids stayed here for 3N, we had interconnected rooms with a main door uniquely positioned, making us feel at home. Rooms are nicely furnished with a lot of shelves, 2 separate washrooms, one spacious and the other a bit small. The hotel refilled the bathroom accessories regularly. The hotel is located 10 minutes walk to Doge's Palace... More
