Stayed in a family suite March 2013. While well located near San Marcos Square and the grand canal, there is no view from the rooms. Front desk staff was effective, but average in terms of personality, advice, etc. No bellman or luggage help, but a good value for the price. Rooms were very nice, with modern, nice bathrooms.
