Just got back from Venice; myself and my wife stayed 3 nights at the Acca Hotel. Rooms are cozy but acceptable for Venice standards. Cleaning room is not accurate and the general quality of the room is in line with 1 star hotels. Towels were insufficient so that we were forced to ask every day to have towels big enough... More

Me and my mom stayed in Acca in July 2014. Booked standard room, which is absolutely perfect for 2 people. The room is light, spacious, with good furniture and private bathroom. On the garden of hostel area u will find relax area with tables and chairs, so u can eat or relax outside. First of all i would like to... More

We didn't have high expectations of the hotel as we'd booked on a budget but Acca Hotel more than exceeded these. The location was central and close to the vaparetto for all the sight seeing we wanted to do. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and the continental breakfast (included in the price)... More

We are 3 family members who shared the suite at Acca Hotel 7-11 July. We were impressed by the spaciousness and comfort of the room and luxurious bathroom (2 wash basins and a bath with spa jets). We could hear the air conditioning unit/generator periodically working but it didn't keep us awake and there was hardly any noise from outside... More

We are a family with 2 young children and stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. We were aware that we were not paying for a 4 star hotel (even though hotels in Venice are overrated) and didn't have very high expectations, but not being able to sleep due to an extremely uncomfortable bed was unacceptable. The mattress was rock... More

Pleasantly surprised would not call this 1 star , would consider it 3 stars . Booked the suite (huge) and standard room. Some stains on the carpet etc but the actual room and bathroom (brand new) exceptionally clean. Breakfast decent, staff nice, no hotel staff after about 1pm but our key was left in the mailbox and it wasn't difficult... More

August 5, 2013 stayed at the ACCA Hotel in Venice, Italy. It is our first four-day stop of a 17-day honeymoon. This is a nine (9)-bedroom home, not a hotel. It would be best categorized as a bed and breakfast. The issues are as follows: The host was nowhere to be found. There is no ice on premise you need... More

My wife and I stayed one night in this hotel while we were waiting for the apartment we usually stay in to become available. We chose it purely on cost - and it was a good choice. The hotel is a short walk from the railway station and wasn't difficult to find with the aid of the exact address and... More

I'll start with the good: The price for Venice wasn't bad, it's quiet since it's a little off the beaten path, but still an easy walk to everything (as is the entire island). When we arrived, no one was there and the door was locked. It wasn't until wandering around outside that we found an envelope with a key in... More
