a great choice for really on a budget travelers. The hotel in general is not clean, the blankets had holes, and the pillows as well. The reception could have been a bit more friendly, but maybe I'm asking too much think before going there

Our double room wasn't as bad as expected given some of the negative reviews previously read. It's very close to the train station, it was clean enough although the bathroom was very small, it would have made sense for them not to have a bidet in there. For convenience and price it isn't that bad, just don't expect the ritz!

dirty, no air conditioning, no bar/breakfast and not cheap also. Also the neighborhood is very sketchy. Considering that Venice is extremely expensive we probably got what we paid for... it has 24h reception but the last train to mestre is around 11 pm so it is like having a curfew and venice by night is gorgeous. Definitely NOT for couples

As said here before the rooms are dirty (got used towels in my cabinet and my girlfriend cigarette butts...) and you really dont want to use the bathroom! Well survived it and Venice is very nice. Was close to the railway and the staff was quite ok (didn´t argue or spoke more then necessary to them).
