This is emphatically not a hotel. Although we were advised reception was attended until 4pm we arrived at 3pm to find keys left on empty desk for third floor low-ceilinged attic - and no lift. Apparently reception now closes at 2pm (perhaps they want to avoid complaints). Breakfast fairly token and bathroom minimal. A disappointment. However, the location is ideal... More

This little hotel has everything you need for a comfy and quiet stay in Venice, 50 mts away from the train station and 100 mts away from the vaporetto station "Ferrovia". The only kinda weird thing is that the main desk closes at 2 o'clock, however they give you the keys to freely enter and leave. It has free wi... More

We stayed here for one night in 2010. This hotel was a great price for Venice. It is a small hotel very close to the train station. Our room was full of character with wood beams on the ceiling and a nice bathroom. Breakfast was included and was good. We would stay here again.

Location is perfect for a short stay. It's 2 min. walk from wailway station st. Lucia (first st. on the left) and right infront the vaporetto station (water public transport) & water taxi and gondola. Triple room 102 was spacious and clean with a big bathroom. Breakfast was basic contenintal with juice & hot drinks machine. Staff were helpful. Cozy... More

I chose this place for number one every traveller should consider in Venice reason. It is close to the train station and I didn't want to drag my luggage on narrow streets of Venice. Boy I was right! In fact they are a bit modest if you ask me because close doesn't really cover how close they are to the... More

It seems to me hotel is extremely good.Yeah, it isn't a 5-star hotel but for it's price it is not bad. Firstly, it is very friendly staff. Perfect location if you wanna go somewhere else in Italy. And our room was cool. So if you look for not expensive room near the railway station It is perfect solution!

The hotel is in a great location, once you arrive there. We had to walk our bags across one large bridge with lots of steps and of course the hotel doesn't have lifts, but we were aware of this when we booked. When we arrived the receptionist had left the keys out for us as the desk wasn't manned. This... More

We chose this hotel for it's location, being close to the central train station, as we didn't want to have to drag our cases too far. Little did we know, but our room was on the third floor and there was no lift. Fine if you have a strong partner to carry your cases. Luckily I did! The room itself... More

We didn't stay here but we booked my sister in law & her husband here for a night after our cruise. The location is perfect very close to the train station, grand canal & only 1 bridge (although the biggie) to cross to access the hotel. They said the room was spacious & clean with a nice breakfast. There s... More

This B&B is very close to the train station! We loved the location. Just a walk over a bridge to the bus station. The room is clean, quiet and we were pleased. We stayed here for 2 nights and the only complaint we had is you get a code for wifi and it is only good for one electronic device.... More
