A warm welcome, room (standard room booked) clean with a good shower. Breakfast was the usual continental, Carlo was friendly and offered advice when we asked about places. You can easily walk to the bus station , and there are various vaporetto stops. Two minute walk from Accademia. more

The hotel is well situated, owner friendly and rooms tidy. However, instead of the main building rooms he also has additional apartments close by. Renovated yes but not the huges rooms with frescos that you expect. So when you arrive, be sure to ask for the actual hotel rooms at the main building. more

This guest house is perfectly positioned for Vaporetti on Grand Canal or short walk to St Marks and all main attractions.
