Me and my sister were able to enjoy the Casa Nicolo Priuli during the end of November for 3 nights. We booked a Superior Double room with a canal view via booking.com, it was simply amazing! It looks better than on the website images. Our room was very large and equipped with a minibar, a large terrace all to ourselves... More

The hotel is conveniently situated close to St Mark's square. The room was fairly spacious when compared to others we have stayed in in Italy. Both room and bathroom were well appointed and were clean and tidy. The continental breakfast was good, with a lot of variety. I can recommend this hotel. On a negative note, they have no lift,... Centrally located but make sure you bring a map as the streets of Venice can be confusing! Helpful and friendly staff, comfortable room in typical Venetian style and a large bathroom. Breakfast was included and there was lots of choice and good quality. Lovely to sit and eat breakfast in the small courtyard overlooking the canal. View from the room... More

This was our first trip to Venice and having our room overlooking the little canal was very special!!! Ask for the room with the balcony….you won't regret it! In addition, the room itself was spacious and a very "workable" bathroom. The location is great….fabulous restaurants everywhere, San Marco Square is a 10 minute walk and the San Zaccaria boat stop... More

Casa Priuli is the less glamorous sister hotel to Palazzo Priuli, but just as well situated, a five minute walk from San Marco, with a café just opposite, restaurants around the corner and a nice shopping street just over a bridge heading away from the centre. The rooms are furnished to a high standard with 'antique style' furniture both in... More

Lovely, old, canal-side, with marvellous decor and such polite staff. Seven of us were there for three nights. Comfortable, clean, quiet. Included breakfast buffet was plain and not grand but sufficient. Rooms: Safe in room, bathroom tiny. View on my side very limited. Friends had a better view. Weak wifi was present. Note: NO ELEVATOR and no ground-floor rooms. That... More

I paid in advance for a superior room (space for 4 people) with a canal view and I was really forward to my stay especially after the confusing journey finding it. Upon arrival I did not get the room I paid for, my partner and I were crammed into a grubby little box-type room with a view of neighboring washing... More

The chance to see Venice at any time of the year has always been a dream. Staying for a week at Christmas time was a true delight! Smaller crowds in mostly foggy weather meant longer to linger in almost every place. Fog is normal at Christmas - don't be dissuaded from going. With a few warm layers on, the mystery... More
