This B+B is in a gereat location, quiet but just a few seconds' walk from the main waterfront and only a minute or two from the Arsenale vaporetto stop - get the Alilaguna red line direct to/from the airport. Friends recommended this B&B but I'm sorry it's not a B&B. Accepting that breakfast is different to what is the norm in Australia or USA/Canada we still expected better than we got. One word: A nightmare. I was traveling through Italy by car with my 15-year old niece and my 19-year old daughter. The woman leaving this negative feedback is only being spiteful because we kept 1 night as a booking payment, a normal procedure when a booking is cancelled at the very last minute. We did not charge her any more than what we state in our terms, and we did not try to take more than is correct. She claims to...
