A pleasant bed & breakfast with few, freshly refurbished and nicely furnished rooms in style. Reasonably priced for Venice. Personnel is helpful whenever they are available, including via mobile phone. Two minutes' walk from Piazza San Marco and the nearby public transportation boat stops, still it can be tricky to find the first time: just call the management and they... more

We loved our stay here! The decor is typically Venetian style. The rooms are spacious and clean...but most importantly quiet and have a wonderful view of the canal. We enjoyed everything about this gem! more

Our group of 10 Stayed here on our last night of a 2 week trip, and it was by far our best accommodation. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms large, modern (nicer than the hotels) and very clean. The hotel has an authentic Venetian feel with our bedroom window next to the canal (you can almost touch the boats going... more

I booked a 3 night stay at Ca' Furlan alla Croce di Malta at www.venere.com (following a link from www.viamichelin.com). I searched for apartments or rooms that could accomodate a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). Ca' Furlan seemed like a nice option. Needless to say, the room was very charming, but got very crowded with the two... more

The room was charming and the view of the little canal was fun. It's a very clean hotel, conveniently located to St. Mark's, and not too far away from a vaporetto stop. In general, we were very pleased with this choice. more

I found the Ca'Furlan last year whilst browsing for somewhere reasonable to stay in Venice. It immediately attracted my attention because of its link to Malta thru the location of it being ontop of the old stables used by the Knights of Malta. Its a 4* B&B and from what I could gather there were only about 4 rooms. All... more

This is a really small bed and breakfast that I found absolutely charming. We Americans have the bad habit of expecting everything to be huge...even though it is unnecessary. The room I was in was small but immaculate! The bathroom was new and modern, gorgeous marble floors and walls, lovely new shower, toilet and bidet. I had TWO windows which... more

Stayed at Ca'Furlan at 10th & 11th June. We were in Venice for a friends wedding. We found the hotel using the directions e-mailed to us from the hotel and had no problems getting there whatsoever. We arrived earlier than the requested check in time but received a very friendly welcome and we were amazed at the standard of our... more

We booked two rooms with canal view at this hotel four months ago (159 euros each room). Two days before our arrival, the owner sent us an email saying that there was a problem with the rooms we reserved and that unfortunately, nobody will be working at the hotel at this date. He told us that he booked two other... more

We had no trouble finding the hotel. A good map of Venice is essential-I purchased one at home before we left. I was bit worried since we had gotten lost and were running late, but we made to the hotel right at 7 pm. They were waiting for us; apparently there was a problem with the shower in our room,... more
