Overall had a very pleasant stay here. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly during our stay and they helped answer any questions we had. Also recommended restaurants which were superb. The walk to the hotel is a little lengthy especially from the Rialto/San Marco (20 min walk) but also provided a very quiet night for sleep so in a... More

My wife and I decided to spend the last night of our 9 week European holiday in Venice. We had been to Venice several times, but never actually spent the night on the Island. We chose Ca' San Giorgio for its location within easy reach of the train station or Piazza Roma, with minimal bridges to negotiate with luggage. Of... More

We arrived to the hotel and they were ready for us with our two rooms in the lower floor. All was nice and clean. Thae girls there (I dont remeber the names) were very nice and help us with gondola, resturants and WiFi. Breakfast was nice. Dont walk from piaaza Roma to the Hotel if you are with more than... First of all: This is a nice and calmy located house for tourists, directly at Canale Grande. Everything was fine, but: Take care and beware of the ladies' pride. When we combined two of the small tables (for two persons) to enjoy our breakfast for three, we felt the anger of the staff who separated the tables again. No doubt:... More

We recently spent a week in the Junior Suite and were very pleased with the location, warm welcome, amazing service and amenities. The room was large enough to accommodate my husband, grown daughter and I comfortably. The days were hot and we were happy to have good A/C, a refrigerator in our room and a little grocery store nearby where... More

We spent some extremely pleasant days here at the end of May, and, now in late July, our memories are all good. It’s not the easiest of places to find, but the directions were very good. Indeed, the whole reservation/deposit process was excellently handled. Having flown in to Venice Airport, we took a bus to Piazza Roma, the transport hub... More

This was my 3rd stay at Ca' San Giorgio in Venice. The staff are all fabulous, but Alessia really went out of the way to make our stay really special, she knows a number of fantastic local restaurants in the area. The hotel is situated equidistant from the Rialto bridge and the railway station/Piazza Roma. If you are looking for... More

My family got to spend 1 night at Ca' San Giorgio and wish it could have been longer. Camilla met us at the door and graciously let us check in to one of our rooms a few hours early so we could freshen up and drop off luggage. It is conveniently located, clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was... More

My wife and I stayed at Ca'San Giorgio in June 2014 and enjoyed our stay. The staff were very willing to hep and provided us with a map and some recommendations when we arrived. It is within walking distance of just about everywhere in Venice and it was nice to be positioned slightly away from the crowded areas near St... More

Absolutely charming place with extremely friendly staff, lovely old building, and very good breakfast. Girls at the reception were friendly, wifi was reliable, room was spotless and food was good. Location is a little out of the way from main sights but that puts it in a beautiful and not overrun part of Venice which I consisted a plus. A... More
