We stayed here for 4 nights. We arrived before check in opened and were happily shown to our room with no problem. Our room was on the ground floor with views of the lagoon and daily life. The room was clean, basic and great value for money. Breakfast wasn't great but it was ok. This hotel is a great base... More

Me and my husband stayed here for 3 nights september 2014. My husband emailed the owner/manager ahead of our stay asking for a nice room with a lagoon view because this was our wedding anniversary and he wanted to make it special as we were married in Venice. It was agreed in the reply to him. On arrival we were... More

Very well located, clean and cosy. Perfect for a short stay. Very quite during night time. Easy access to waterbus. Nice restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. My wife and I will recommend a stay for a romantic night ir two.

I would have picked another hotel if give the choice with our package. Room was very very small. We where on the first floor right next to the walk way so we could constantly hear noise from outside. Though the owner was nice I myself do not like my knee hitting the urnal when sitting on the toilet. (That small)... More

This hotel is very convenient for those flying in or traveling by train to Venice. Easily reachable from the airport by the blue line of the vaporetto (15 Euro and 40 min); and 20min and 7 Euro to the train station. The hotel is right next to the Fund. Nove vaporetto stop and has a beautiful view of the water.... More

Pros: - from the airport it was the 2nd stop on the blue line off the vaporetto (which was about 13 euro per person) - good location, roughly 20 minutes from the Peggy Guggenheim museum - nice restaurants near by - clean - friendly, helpful receptionists who spoke English well - room was large - free breakfasts; consisted mostly of... Really easy to find if arriving via Vaporetto, the 4.1/2 and 5.1/2 stops aredirectly outside the hotel. This didn't cause us any issues with noise as the windows were heavily insulated. View from the room over the lagoon was beautiful (ask for room 4). Air con was fine, safe in the room, bathroom was clean, there was a mini-bar fridge,... More

Really nice and tidy hotel in the perfect place a bit out of the beaten tracks, right in front of a vaporetto stop and with a great view to the sea. Not too long a walk from the railway station either (well nothing is in Venice far a way anyways) and some nice restaurants in vicinity as well. TIP: Morning... More

We stayed here for a night .This is right at Fondamenta Nuove bus station ,so reaching here from Santa Lucia railway station was very comfortable. Room was very small but nicely done up in venetian style with all the mirror and wood celling. The first thing next morning we did was visiting Murano as it is near by, just 2 stations... More

We travelled from Florence to Venice by train and caught a vaporetto from directly outside the station (4.2 or 5.2, bay number #1 to Ftr Nuove) This was a fanatastic introduction to Venice, allowing you to see some of the beauitful Venetian scenery whilst travelling to the hotel- a definitel bonus! The stop is no more than a few feet... More
