We stayed here for a night .This is right at Fondamenta Nuove bus station ,so reaching here from Santa Lucia railway station was very comfortable. Room was very small but nicely done up in venetian style with all the mirror and wood celling. The first thing next morning we did was visiting Murano as it is near by, just 2 stations... More

We travelled from Florence to Venice by train and caught a vaporetto from directly outside the station (4.2 or 5.2, bay number #1 to Ftr Nuove) This was a fanatastic introduction to Venice, allowing you to see some of the beauitful Venetian scenery whilst travelling to the hotel- a definitel bonus! The stop is no more than a few feet... More

My boyfriend and I booked through a package deal- so we cant speak to the price as it was lumped together. However, could not have asked for a more cultural experience! Matteo, manager?, suggested his favorite trattoria where we enjoyed a delicious caprese salad, pasta dish, and bottle of wine all within walking distance and wallet friendly! Could not be... More

We stayed in July and the location couldn't be better-direct boat from the airport, and can catch the vaporetto around town or to burano and Murano. The hotel is right at the stop! The rooms were very nice and cool despite the heat and cry clean and comfortable. We had a great view out over the water too and once... More

We stayed at Vecellio during our recent visit to Venice. The hotel is conveniently located close to the boat disembarkation point of Fondemente Nova. The stay was comfortable although the breakfast provided was meagre, just bread and ham. The rooms are well done up and clean. Staff is courteous. Noise is unavoidable in the room as they all face the... More

The hotel is just 2 stops away from the airport using the blue line. Once you arrive at Fondamenta Nove turn left and walk for about 7 minutes and you're at the hotel. Matteo was friendly, rooms and bathrooms are small, but great air conditioning and good wifi. Supermarket and restaurants off to the right and water buses right across... More

Very convenient to arrive by vaporetto from airport. We had room #1, ground floor facing the bay. Room was clean, but snug, we only had backpacks so storeage was not an issue. Bathroom was smallest I've seen, the Bidet made access to shower and toilet awkward, removal would have made things more convienent. (Is it really nessecary with a shower... More

Stayed for 3 nights in May, good location on the canal but very average accommodation, very tired room, little charm or comfort. Breakfast was woeful, couldn't drink the juice and only package pastries to eat. We didn't partake the second and third mornings. Staff were ok but were oblivious to the hotel's shortcomings!

3 nights from the 6 - 9 May, had a lovely stay, would highly recommend getting a lagoon view room for a fantastic view. Room was great, comfortable bed and a really nice place to stay, staff were so helpful when needed. Ideally located with the Fonte.Nove ferry stop outside. Easy 30 minute journey from the airport on the alilaguna... More

The location is the show stopper here. It is located right in front of Fondamenta Nove water bus stop which is quite convenient to travel around Venice. Wifi was good (better than my expectations) and Matteo was very helpful in the booking process and guiding us a bit on Venice. Our room did not have a view (I am not... More
