We were guests at the hotel for two nights and enjoyed our stay in quiet room overlooking old gardens. This is a 500 year old Venetian Palace converted into a hotel with large rooms with very high ceilings. The bed was comfortable, the bath very nice, service was great. Breakfast was included and they even had some gluten free rolls... More

We have just returned from our honeymoon a this wonderful hotel. We spent time in the coppella room which was so very romantic even thought the immaculate bathroom can smell a bit wiffy at times. The hotel is based outside the main St Marks tourist area but nearer a whole group of less packed eating places beside a canal in... More

This hotel was a quiet oasis in busy Venice. The area is much less touristy and busy and the hotel is close to many good wine bars and ristorantes. We had a junior suite with garden view which was spacious with a large shower recess. Stsyed for 5 nights. Hotel breakfast was simple but very adequate and the staff very... More

We arrived at the hotel early but that wasn't a problem. We were given a map and shown some great places to eat out. Then taken straight to our room. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. It's also in my favourite area Cannaregio with lots of great restaurants and bars near by. Would defiantly stay here again.

Stayed here five nights, and we were very satisfied. Small but comfortable and clean room, in a very quiet neighbourhood. The hotel is situated in a beautiful, historic building, but it, like most other buildings in Venezia, could use some maintenance. We were throughout our whole stay very happy with the service, and all of the staff were sweet and... More

I stayed at the Ca´Vendramin hotel last night and I simply did not want to leave. This charming hotel is located 10 minutes´ walk from Rialto Bridge, 5 minutes´ walk from Madonna dell ´Orto and close to plenty of restaurants, shops and lovely Venetian streets, including Cannaregio area with a great choice of places to eat and enjoy a bellini... We booked this room on hotwire and although the location and staff were both great, I wouldn't recommend as if you book on Hotwire you get what they called an 'economy room'. We didn't know this would be the case and the bed was tiny (my boyfriend is 6'5"). The room was also small but that would have been okay... More

I stayed at this hotel for a sight-seeing holiday with family. The hotel, in my opinion, was faultless. The staff were all so friendly, especially one of the men that worked there, Tilly. He in particular went above and beyond: recommending restaurants and giving advice and directions. He completely transformed our holiday. We didn't have much time in Venice and... More

Hotel room nice decor. Undercooked bacon and ridiculously slow internet. Also the recommendations on where to eat were pretty terrible. We were amused that the room was padded. But location was great and room was spacious and clean.we overall enjoyed our stay.
