If you are looking for a nice hotel with a great view and close to the San Marco Piazza but at a reasonable price, this is the place. We had a clean and comfortable room overlooking the harbor. Two large windows opened to invite in the sights and sounds of the city. At night we closed the windows and had... More

Wonderful location in Venice, very near both Arsenale & Zaccaria docks and a short walk to St. Mark's Square, but far enough away from the St. Mark's crowds. We arrived in late evening and the directions we had were excellent, there is just a small sign but it is illuminated. However, it could be difficult to find in the daytime... More

Great small hotel in Venice. It has many exceptional points, but it may not appeal to everyone everyone, but if we ever come back, we will stay here. Great view - great location - comfortable room - very reasonable pricing - hard combination to beat in Venice, or most any great tourist location for that matter. When you get to the... More

I had a balconey overlooking the ocean. Lovely to watch the waterway by the arsenale vaporetto stop. There is free wifi and while the people at the desk had varying degrees of English, they were always polite and tried to be helpful. The Breakfast was very good, a number of juices, meats ,cheese ,pastry ,and juice were served buffet style.... More

In my opinion it's one of the best locations in Venice directly on the lagoon, very near to Arsenale station and also near to Zaccaria station (no hassle with luggage you only cross one bridge to the hotel), 5 minutes walk to Piazza San Marco the heart of Venice and it worth every single Euro we paid. The rooms are really nice,... Just got back from a 3-night stay here and was very satisfied. The hotel is right on the lagoon and very easy to find. It's in a very busy tourist zone, but the rooms are quiet and comfortable with excellent AC. Just around the corner, are charming alley ways and little piazzas with many great places to eat and drink... More

Stayed a wonderful two nights at this Venetian gem. Perfect location within walking distance to all the main tourist spots. The staff are very personable and helpful. Make sure to ask the front desk for food recommendations, they'll steer you in the right direction. Perfect views of either the lagoon or a courtyard. Tip: don't be afraid to take the... More

It all started when I called the hotel and made a reservation after reviewing the hotel on Tripadvisor, after receiving a recommendation from my parents, who stayed at this hotel a while back. A week or so after making my booking directly via the hotel, tripadvisor sent me an email, saying the price for the hotel dropped! how cool is... More

Just spent 2 nights here and was pleasantly surprised that our request for the 4th floor suite with terrace was fulfilled. It is one large room with seating area, dining table, kitchen sink, small fridge, cooktop, dishes, silverware, a large bathroom with a window to the sea and a bathtub, king-size bed and doors opening to roof-top terrace! What more... More

My wife and I stayed at the hotel early Sept 2014. 70 minutes public water taxi ride from airport. Hotel is 3 minutes walk from Arsenale boat stop. Hotel is clean & tidy, secured, old fashioned with a historic feel which was exactly what we wanted (guests wanting modern facilities should look elsewhere). Overlooks the canal (ask for water view... More
