The owners are available when you first arrive and in the morning during breakfast. They provided helpful recommendations for restaurants where they know tourists are treated honestly. We had a wonderful time in Venice staying at the Residenza degli Angeli! The owners gave us clear instructions for arrival--from airport, take bus to Piazzala Roma. We stayed in the Residenza degli Angeli between Christmas and New Years. We were instructed to ring Mario on arrival into Venice. We arrived later than expected, he gave us very clear instructions as to which waterbus to get and we were met at the stop by his wife Esmerelda.
