Upon arrival to the residence in an hour too early, the reseptionist was a little rude, the log may be only an hour. And when we booked the hotel through hotels.com Venice, the hotel was still in store for breakfast in our apartment. Then we heard, that it didn´t belong to us. And nobody told that earlier to us.Breakfast was... More

We found the hotel okay. It was in a pretty good location if you don't mind walking (which is unavoidable in Venice). We found the bed to be rock hard, the room to be pretty outdated, and the air conditioning to be a little iffy. While it was an okay hotel and we had no major complaints or issues, we... More

Not the best place I've been at, but given its price and location it is highly recommended for a stay for a day or two. Situated in an alley on one of the canals it is quiet but still very close (one minute walk) to the main street the goes all the way from the central train station to the... More

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel for three nights. The hotel is in an excellent position being only a 15 min walk from Lucia train station and the directions that were given to us by the hotel were clear and simple to follow. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we were able to leave our... More

My husband and I spent a few days in Venice in December. I had researched best areas to stay in and based on TA am so glad we stayed in the Cannaregio area. It is close enough to the main tourist sites (15 min walk) but away from all of the madness. A perfect neighborhood close to everything! At Casa... More

This hotel has all the character you would expect in Venice, featuring a quaint location next to a small canal, and a pretty courtyard breakfast area. If you arrive by train like we did, it is only a leisurely 14 min walk along the vehicle free cobblestone streets. The hotel entrance is a little tricky to find the first time,... More

The Casa is very close to vaporetto pier and main street so very convenient located. There are eating places and banks around. Yet it's relative quiet as it is located off the main street. The Casa is located within the Cannaregio area which is not a main tourist area. It is good as the tourist crowd can be very noisy... More
