I reviewed this hotel after staying a couple of years ago. i was delighted by it then and was delighted during my stay this week. Previously I had stayed in both annexes, this time we were in the main hotel. We had Room 5 which was great. In terms of floor area it isn't a massive room but it feels... More

This charming hotel is very easily accessible by Vaporetto. It is a direct line from the airport and the walk from the stop takes 2 minutes. The train station is also easily accessible on foot. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they immediately made us feel welcome and offered some good tips. The breakfast was simple but fresh and... More

My Boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights. It was a special trip for my 40th Birthday and this hotel did not disappoint in any way. Considering how expensive everything else is in Venice, this hotel is a BARGAIN!! The quality of the decor and the facilities in the rooms was like a 5* hotel. When we arrived, we... More

I stayed here with my girlfriend for 3 nights just after New Years Eve. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of things, but away from the crowds. We stayed in a room in the annex which is across a small canal from the main hotel. We liked the annex. It felt more like having an apartment than being... More

We stayed here 1 night. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. We had room 1, basically in the lobby but don't let that put you off, it was silent. The staff were so great, we arrived early so had to wait only a couple minutes for the room but they kindly made us cappuccinos. Also, we had an early train... More

The hotel is situated in the quieter area on the border of Santa Croce/San Polo districts, this hotel is still within ten minutes walk of the Rialto bridge and is adjacent to the St. Stae vaporetto station. This means you get good value for money, whilst still being convenient for the major sights of Venice. The room was extremely comfortable,... More

Me and my partner have just returned from Al Ponte Mocenigo. We usually travel 3 to 4 times a year around the world and this is only the second review and have written on Trip Advisor. But from such a fantastic break and such a wonderful hotel I felt the need to make comment on my feelings towards this hotel... More

Many reviews on this property have addressed the question of why it is rated two star. I think the rating is correct. It is really a bed and breakfast rather than an hotel. We stayed in the annex and found, like others, that Wifi didn't work. The hotel cannot help with laundry, which was an issue for us after months... More

My now husband and I stayed here for my 30th birthday and had the most wonderful experience. It was a beautiful room and a lovely quiet location. The breakfast was lovely (we still compare a good cappuccino to when we stayed at the ponte mocenigo) the staff were very helpful. There are some incredibly great restaurants nearby that serve quality... More
