We stayed two nights at this hotel. When we checked in we were given the option of two rooms, the standard or the annex. We chose the annex located in another building. A very good sized room with beautiful lights and decor, we felt like we were getting very spoilt! The bathroom and shower were of a very good size... More

A fab little hotel that was recommended by friends. We visited in early November and were really impressed. The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast yummy, and it is in a great location, we will definitely be back!!

We spent four nights in this hotel in early October 2014 and were very happy with the entire experience. We stayed in the annex just a few steps from the main part but it didn't make any difference. At first we were surprised that there wasn't that much storage in the room but soon realized that the charm and beauty... More

We stayed for 4 nights in early October and had room #1, right off the reception desk. Despite my initial misgivings that this might make for a noisy location, the room was quiet and quite comfortable. As others have noted, you can't beat the location just a few steps from the San Stae vaporetto stop, as long as you don't... More

We arrived in Venice at midnight...walked almost a mile to get a shuttle taxi. I believe it was the last one to drop us off at San Stae. The streets were very dark and we wandered our way down the street to what we thought was our hotel. It has a very small sign outside, we did find the bell... More

We are here for four nights, leaving tomorrow. This is our second time back. The hotel is very close to the San Stae vaporretto stop. It is very easy to get around. The hotel is very, very clean and well decorated. The breakfast is ample, anything from cereals, cold meats, eggs, cakes and pastries, biscuits, croissants and fresh rolls. The... More

I stayed only 2 nights in October and was very impressed with this hotel. I took the vaporetta from the airport and was a little confused when I got off at San Stae stop but started walking and there was a sign, directing me down a dark alley to their back door. I took the small room beside the front... More

Walking distance to Rialto bridge. Stayed in the main hotel. Room was very quiet. Breakfast was great,Outside in the courtyard. Can't say enough about this little gem!!

we just stayed here, probably 2 weeks ago, Oct 2014. Look, the rooms aren't huge - and ours was a little dark. But it's Europe, and the price is amazing, and the rooms are definitely styled in the Old Venetian style. And VERY clean, with modern amenities, and who wants to hang out in your room anyway, it's Venice you... More

Stayed here for 3 nights and can highly recommend. Immaculately clean and beautifully furnished in classic venetian style. Hotel owners were very helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were especially good and high-quality. They even bake their own croissants and bread-rolls.
