My "economy" room was a little small, but quite comfortable. At check-in Sabina was very helpful, and kind. I liked the location, away from the more hectic Rialto/S. Marco areas. B'fast was pretty good for continental. This was my most high priced B&B/hotel in 3 weeks in Italy, so it seems overpriced. Guess that's just the "Venice factor" more

We read on the reviews and decided to stayed 3 nights in Ca' Bonvicini. We were given directions to the bed & breakfast and it did not take us too long to find our way there from the train station. We walked to the B&B and did not take the water taxi. Along the way there, we were able to... more

We booked a double room with a canal view (it's only a small canal, not the Grand Canal!) and we were given the room with the private roof terrace which was very nice. The room is right at the top of the B&B so be aware when you have heavy suitcases to carry! We booked the B&B for 2 nights... more

My wife and I (60 year olds) stayed at Ca' Bonvicini for two nights at the end of our two week vacation in Italy, This was by far the nicest and cleanest hotel we experienced during our vacation. Our room had very good heating and air conditioning controls. The hotel is quiet and the breakfast delivered to your room is... more

We found this Bed & Breakfast to be exactly as it was described. The rooms were wonderful, with a balcony overlooking the canal, all modern bathrooms. From the train station it is about a 20 minute walk and we only got mixed up a couple of times with the directions. Sabina met us at the reception. She actually called to... more

We stayed for one night in a ground floor standard room which was spotlessly clean and overlooking the canal. We travelled by ferry to Croatia and returned a week later to enjoy two further nights in the top floor deluxe room with access to a beautiful roof terrace. As breafast was served on a tray to the room we enjoyed... more

Crossing 7 bridges lugging luggage is the worst part but thoroughly enjoyed stay. Not much point using vaporettos as there is still a bit of a walk to hotel & the water taxi would have cost an arm & a leg. Pleasantly surprised by size of room & bathroom as we have seen real postage stamp-sized rooms on our trip.... more

Venice was city #3 on our tour of Italy. We decided to stay at Ca'Bonvicini because we wanted a traditional Venice hotel in the heart of the city that was close to all of the attractions. We had originally sent a message that we would be coming from Florence via train and would not be able to get into Venice... more

We stayed in one large room for two days, breakfast included. It has airconditioning but no lift most Hotels dont have lifts. Sabrina will ring you and Guide you as soon as you get to Venice as Hotel is a little hard to find first off it needs Bigger signs pointing the way after you get to the square after... more

Venice was stop #4 of 5 cities during our 2 week vacation. The email communication from booking to leading up to our stay was excellent. Sabina is very thorough and promptly answers your emails. She will email a map and very detailed directions on how to get there from the vaporetto stop (San Stae). Please make sure to print it... more
