I don't often write reviews of hotels until I have actually left. This time I decided to do it before leaving. Firstly, the hotel is perfectly situated in the Cannaregio district of Venice ( Northern section ). Everything you could want is within a short walk and being slightly outside the touristy craziness of Venice was great. On your doorstep... More

It took us a little to find the hotel but I am sure glad we did. We had a great experience staying here. The room was clean and maintained but the difference maker was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and they even eagerly helped me accept my ALS challenge and even agreed to accept my challenge. We... More

Great service! They opened up the back garden for my whole family to enjoy a great dinner. We would absolutely recommend this place. It is a little of the turist path but the service is worth it. Thanks Filippo for being such a great host!

We did not stay at the hotel but enjoyed a nice, quiet dinner in the courtyard. The food was excellent; they have a nice selection of pastas & salads. The beef tortilleni was quite tasty. We had the pleasure of meeting Filippo who was informative & witty and made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you Filippo!

We stayed here for 1 night after a cruise from Istanbul. (We walked to the hotel from the cruise ship terminal-took the people mover-small overhead train 1.5€/, from the cruise ship to a bridge near the Venice, S Lucia main train station. Then walked about 25 minutes up the main street, over some bridges. The first bridge was the highest,... More

We visited for 2 nights with 1 y.o. son. Staff extremely polite, helpful and good with the baby. They provided travel cot free of charge, which we asked for via email after booking. Room very comfortable and clean. Breakfast excellent - good variety, something for everyone. You can even sit outside in the garden. Bar very nice and well stocked.... More
