The Hotel location is close to train station and water taxies. The staff were okay nothing special. The rooms are small and clean enough the towels were big but look like they were on their last leg.. Their were a lot of stairs the office is on second floor. the room was in another building up another set of stairs..... More

We arrived at about 1200, hotel is a 7 minute walk from Piazzale Roma, and a 5 minute walk from the train station, and within a few minutes had our room. As requested we had a back room, extremely quiet, with bathroom consisting of a shower cubicle, toilet and sink. The room itself has sufficient furniture to make the accommodation... More

The hotel has a very good location in the city centre, very close to train station S.Lucia and water bus station. Many shops and restaurants are around. It is not too far from the place where you come by bus from the airport. The room we had was clean and quiet, with towel and shower gel. There was sink in... More

The rooms here are simple. That being said the bed and linens were clean. We watched them change linens they come out of a sealed package everyday which was comforting. We stayed in the building next to the hotel, 3 rooms w/ 2 shared bathrooms. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The location was the best part I would say.... More

Our hosts were great. They stayed up till midnight till our arrival. We were shown down a very narrow street, beside the hotel, to our room. We climbed 32 stair to our spartan, but extremely clean, room. We were sharing two bathroom and showers with two other rooms. These were brand new and the showers were terrific! The setting was... No elevator. Mosquitos, noise, WORST TOWELS EVER. €80 ????? DO NOT stay here. Venice is expensive, but try to find a better place to stay. Specially if you are staying for few nights. The air conditioned wasnt working either. We have to open the windows . Very small windows and the noise from outside didt let us rest

If you are looking for a decent place to stay at a very reasonable price this is it. Close to train and water buses. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The lady at the front desk was helpful and caring. She even told us we should wear a warmer sweater one day. Very simple but clean.

Cheap, clean, close to railway station and parking, pleasant staff. Simple but "enough good" hotel on main walk line belong grand canal. Large room with strong a/c, toilet+bathroom in the same. Really enough for someone looking good location for walk trips into Venice centre and for boat trips. Although this is not *** stars hotel, stay is satisfying...

The guide book warned it was impossible to find a reasonably priced place in Central Venice, and this place proved them wrong. A friend mentioned this area (which is perfect) and so we checked prices on a few. We paid 25 euro per person for a private room with bunk beds, a shared bathroom and living area. Everything in the... More
