We stayed here 2 nights. Good location to everything. Breakfasts average, not available until 8am. Very quiet. Easy to drag luggage from nearest vaopetto stop- no bridges. 24 hour cover at desk which was reassuring. Does have an elevator for luggage. Only a shower hose in the bath. Good value for Venice.
