We chose the Hotel Palazzo Vitturi after reading the excellent reviews on Trip Advisor - and we were not disappointed. We arrived in Venice late and got the Vaporetto/Waterbus. We had been told to get off at St Marco (San Zaccaria) or Rialto but decided to get off at 'Ospedale' as, considering the time and that it was dark, it... More

We chose the hotel for the location and were paying over 500 euros for three nights so expected a quality stay with a fine traditional breakfast. It was perhaps our worst breakfast experience in Italy. We were surprised to be told that though breakfast was included in our booking fruit juice was an extra 2 euros, though there was an... More

We stayed in Palazzo Vitturi, Venice, at the beginning of January 2015. I need to tell that we visit Italy quite often and generally hotels are nice. This one after all was a good one. It's a combination of authentic ancient place, modern equipment in the rooms and affordable prices. I liked my room, location. Breakfast was typical for Italy... More

We stayed 8 nights at this hotel and we loved it! Venice is a place where the more you stay the more you fall in love with it, including Hotel Palazzo Vitturi. It was easy to reach the hotel from the airport “Marco Polo” (which is about 6 km from the city centre). We bought tickets (15 Euro each) for... More

When we arrived to check in, we were told that there had been an issue with our booking and our room was not available for the first night of our two night stay. Instead, the hotel had organised a room in the hotel next door which was perfectly adequate however, it was not what we had paid for. The manager... More

This hotel exceeded our expectations - the room as grand and spacious with high ceilings and the whole building was absolutely gorgeous. The room was clean and extremely comfortable and the hallways are so wide that you barely notice the other guests. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and always polite. The location was also handy - close... More

This was a lovely Venetian hotel in a ideal location, close enough to the centre but far enough away from the crowds. Our room was spacious with high ceilings and Murano glass lighting. The room was very clean and had a huge double bed. The only down side would be the brick wall and alley way view from our bedroom... More

I would like to express to everyone how much this hotel made our Venice experience PERFECT. Every request was met with a positive. The staff was perfect 24 hours a day. One issue popped up - I work from my laptop and much to my surprise, I did not have a good WIFI signal in my room upon check-in. I... More

This was the only three star hotel I booked on our trip to Italy last summer, but we are a family of four and were travelling in peak times so the price was right. We were not disappointed at all. On the contrary, we really enjoyed this hotel. It was very Venetian. The staff were very friendly, starting with our... More

My family stayed 2 nights in the hotel. We used two rooms: a double and a triple. The triple was very good, very large, with additional facilities not included in the double. But in both everything worked properly. The staff was very professional. The localization is great.
