The location, building and staff make this hotel a very special one. The hotel facade is located along a lively, lovely and spacious piazza. The staff are really polite and helpful. Nice 3-star hotel, which reaches the quality of many 4-star hotel I've been to. Spacious room with great historic flavour. Nice and helpful staff. Excellent location, close to all major sightseeing sites.

We stayed here in April, 2013 and we were impressed with this well run small hotel. Our room was big and well furnished. Centrally located between San Marco and the Rialto Bridge, but not inundated with tourists. The staff were very helpful and the small the small Balconies had a great view over the square.

Loved the stay in this beautiful old palace, situated in a lovely square The staff where very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Good selection for continental breakfast . A good area to stay for getting round to all parts of Venice .

We stayed four nights at this hotel. The room was spacious and beautiful, overlooking the square. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast selection was great. Major points of interest were within a 20 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Venice.
