We throughly enjoyed our stay at Corte 1321. Not only is the room in an excellent location but you are also in a private and quite courtyard. Amelia was a pleasure to meet with and she took the time you needed to answer all questions about location & needs. The breakfast in the morning was well received with a new... More

The guesthouse is in a great location; about 5 minutes walk from the Rialto bridge, in a quiet back street in San Polo - a little difficult to find at first, but once you're used to it it's much nicer to be away from the busier area around the Rialto and St Marks Square. The lady who worked at the... More

Great spot to base yourself while in Venice. Room was very big and clean. 5 min walk to the Realto bridge. Should mention the location is in the heart of the central food district. Check in was great, we were provided plenty of info about our surroundings and greater Venice.

First time in Venice and we needed a room that could handle our family of 4. The quad room was was just great and Venessa served a great breakfast and gave great information! She recommended Trattoria Casa Mia for dinner and we loved it. And she knew that the vaporettos were striking the day we left and arranged for a... More

We stayed in Venice for a few days recently and decided to stay at this B and B from the reviews and its location. Location is fantastic. We got the water boat from P Roma to our stop San Silvestro, it was less than 5 mins walk to the B and B. Breakfast was great and even better in the... More

Very central location, easy to find & near Rialto Bridge. San Silvestro vaporetto stop. 10 mins walk fro St Marks Square through the shopping area. Amelia very friendly and helpful. Beds very comfy, and location quiet. Excellent for families and couples.

Good location 5 minutes from the San Silvestro vaporetto stop. Venessa gave us excellent local advice and served great breakfasts in the hotel courtyard. Huge choice of restaurants nearby. I would certainly return to this hotel again when next we visit Venice.

Good location, lovely rooms. Vanessa served us wonderful breakfasts every morning and was full of local knowledge, which was a bonus as it was our first visit. We had no trouble at all finding the B&B, a short walk from the vaporetto stop. I left my glasses in a restaurant and Amelia was very helpful in contacting the restaurant, collecting them... More

A great find: extremely convenient - between 5 and 10 minutes' walk from the Rialto bridge and only a couple of minutes from the San Silvestro vaporetto stop - yet tucked away in a quiet alleyway and very peaceful. The area is residential with shops and cafes used by locals as well as tourists. The directions to find the hotel... More

Excellent location, excellent host, room a bit small but comfortable. Breakfast included. Ancient 15th century building, renovated. Many nice little restaurants in the vicinity. Walk to water taxi station and San Marco.
