we booked our stay to Venice through a 3rd party but went with this hotel after reading up about it on here and also a family member had stayed here previously. We visited this Hotel in November 2012 (Apologies for delay in rating it) We found it extremely friendly, clean and comfortable. It was ideally situated for strolling around Venice although we did have the problem of to tidal floods to contend with - but with the hotels advice managed quite well..

Hotel is ok. Rooms are fine. The location is great. The price is way too high for the service. The people working there are very unfriendly. There is no lobby nor restaurant. I do not think I am going back there, I would rather try my luck somewhere else.
