Right by the Rialto boat stop and please do not be put off by the back alley approach. This will be your saving grace. This place is wonderfully tranquil and is such a sanctuary. You can retire to your room five times a day if you like because of its convenient location. Go back to your room just to use... More

My wife and I chose to stay at this place for our trip to Venice and we are so happy we did. The room was nice and clean. Not 5 star luxury but if you are just looking for something clean where you can leave your things and head out for a days adventure then this fits the bill. The... More

So happy we booked this place mainly due to the location! Everything is so close and down a quiet alley way felt super special staying right in the heart of Venice. The room was good and the manager was really helpful. Breakfast was quite basic but lovely to have. Highly recommend!

My stay at this hotel was between Apr 4-8, 2014. I arrived with a terrible otitis and Sergio quickly showed me where to find a doctor near by. My daughter and I had to prolong our stay because of my otitis and Sergio organized everything to ensure we did not have to switch room and accomodated us throughout the stay.... More

You could not asked for a better location and friendlier service. Reaching the hotel from the airport was also very easy. A short walk to St Mark's, Rialto Bridge and delicious resturants. Sergio was very helpful and suggested an affordable and very interesting day plan that included a visit to Burano and Murano (well worth the effort).

We last stayed at this very well located B&B 2 years ago, and recently stayed for a week during Biennale, requesting the same 4th floor room that is huge with wonderful traditional furniture and fittings. The stairs are manageable as long as you are fit enough, and don't have a huge amount of luggage. Staff are willing to help you... More

Niccola and the staff were very helpful and made great dining recommendations. The location was in the centre of everything, perfect for a short stay. Rooms were big, clean and relatively modern. The only down side was the beds were not very comfortable.

The hotel was hard to locate even with good directions. However, location was between Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's is excellent. Room clean and acceptable but no view except the building across the street (alley). Staff friendly and helpful. Ordinary Italian breakfast.

We recently stayed here for three nights. On a positive note, the rooms were clean, the location was perfect and the staff was very nice. That is where it ends. The breakfast was very poor by European standards. The three flights of steps with no lift were a concern for us with our luggage. There was no way to contact... More

We have just stayed in room 103 for just 1 night. Positives: friendly staff and a good location for the sights. Big room with a big bathroom and a fridge. Negatives: mould in the bathroom, far too noisy from the street outside into the early hours so we had a terrible nights sleep. The worst thing was that the duvet... More
