We stayed for 3 days on 3rd floor and the elevators were not working. I was told by the tour leader that it is not the first time they have problem with the elevator and nobody to help you with the luggage. The front desk people never had a smile or were helpful. The room was very nice and quiet... More

Pros: This hotel is about as close as you can get to to the train station. It is also in a great location to catch the ferry and gondola rides. The hotel lobby is beautiful. There is a decent Continental breakfast. Con: Staff is very unfriendly and unhelpful, borderline rude. The worst hospitality on my 2 week trip. The room... More

when we arrived to the hotel, there was absolutely no concierge to be found. we had to roam to a creepy back room to find an employee, Gian Luca(?) who looked less than pleased to see us. we had reserved a triple (for three) and a double (for two). when he checked us in, we were charged with a fee... This was the third city that my husband and I visited on our honeymoon in Italy, and we had been very happy with our hotels in Rome and Florence. This hotel did not compare favorably to those other experiences. The staff spoke English fairly well, which was fine, but they were not friendly at all when we checked in, and... More

In our recent stay at this hotel we experienced good and bad. Room was kept very clean, bed really comfortable, and breakfast was nice. The only bad I mean BAD thing was the front desk staff, indifferent, rude, and treated guests as annoyances. This old guy that checked us in would not even look us in the face when talking.

We chose this hotel for our recent stay in Venice due to its proximity to the railway station . It was a very short walk from the station snd easy to find. Nice room, clean and well managed. Good value and we enjoyed our stay.

Nothing good or bad - an average hotel near to the train and boat stations, congested room with a big and beautiful bathroom... good for a solo traveller... good breakfast.. wifi is charged and is available only in the lobby.. friendly staff, most of them don't know English, but they are managing..

We had 3 rooms for 2 families for a cruise departure. The first stay was great. The rooms were air conditioned , good size, and clean. The wi if is extra price, and only avail in the lobby. I thought the breakfast was great. Some one makes your coffee to order and the food met expectations. It's also cultural. I... More

This place is very near the train station, AND you can walk there without hauling your luggage over any bridges. It has a veneer of Italian Baroque, and our rooms were clean. They were also a decent size. I did expect smaller based on reviews here on Trip Advisor. The staff is the breakfast room were very nice, and they... More

We stayed in the hotel for one night. The only disappointment is that we still need to climb few steps to reach our room after came out from passenger lift. We were carrying a 29 inches luggage bag ourselves. No assistance from the staff. The staircase is rather narrow and without handle. Interior decor of the hotel is still ok... More
