Great place, a mixture of vintage retro decor and outright kitsch! It had most things we expected, a comfortable bed, a fridge, a quiet location. It had a few extras, such as its own water landing, friendly staff. What it did lack was the opportunity to get a cup of coffee at anytime other than breakfast. Breakfast was nice, croissants,... My criteria for choosing this hotel was the travel maxim " two streets back". Stay close to St Marks but not too close. First important point, get a private water taxi and they can take you to the drop off point right next to the hotel, even on the hotel side! Those of you who have travelled to Venice know... More

Recently stayed here in September 2014 for our 10th wedding anniversary trip to beautiful Venice. We had a courtyard room which was nicely decorated, had a modern bathroom, air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The welcome we got when we arrived was warm and friendly. The view from our room was nothing special, but then again for the price and... More

We spent 3 nights at this small hotel. The room was huge, clean, the staff friendly and the breakfast just fine. It is a little hard to find, but it is worth it. Close to Rialto Bridge, walking distance to most attractions.

In walking distance of just everything. Park your car at the Parking San Marco, then line 2 to Rialto. If not familiar with the city you need someone to meet you at the Rialto station, particularly at night, otherwise and without GPS you would be lost. Otherwise it is a 10 min. walk. The house is a typical Venetian house... More

We stayed at this B&B for 3 nights and found it to be very disappointing. Having read some promising reviews we were really looking forward to our stay and mini break in Venice but from the moment we arrived we were very disappointed. The room we were allocated was not the standard / size booked and due to the hotel... More

We stayed here for 3 nights during a quick stop off in Venice. The staff were all very lovely and welcoming but the hotel itself could do with a little TLC. Our room was sufficient, but fairly small so not a great deal of room as we had a lot of luggage. The bathroom was nice, very clean with fresh... More

A sweet typical Venetian B&B. However the rooms aren't luxurious they are sufficient for a 2 night stay. The shower worked (something that is not always the case in Venice) and the rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was not much, but that is as far as my experience goes typical Italian... Crew is very friendly and helpfull. We had... More

We just ended our 4 night stay here. We were not meant to stay here, we got moved here on the day of our arrival as our other hotel was 'full.' We have visited venice before and loved our last hotel and were very diasapointed when we got moved here. Anyway, trying not to see this place through angry eyes,... More

Stayed here September 2012, cannot believe all the negative reviews, but then again I suppose it can be hard to keep some people happy. I found the place to be value for money, the owners & staff were lovely and very helpful. We caught a water taxi to the hotel (which is worth the money, just for the trip thru... More
