My husband and I stayed at Corte Campana back in June 2013. This was the first place we stayed on our 5 country tour through Europe. We stayed at Corte Campana based on recommendations from friends who had also stayed. First we have to say that Riccardo was a great host! Breakfast was wonderful each morning and our rooms were... This is a lovely B&B with big rooms and high ceilings and it's not far from St Marks' square which makes it an ideal location. The best bit about our long weekend here though was the owner, Riccardo, who is such a nice guy and so helpful. He runs it himself and knows just about everything about Venice. There are... More

Ric was an outstanding host and we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay here. We stayed in the Parents Room and were delighted by the space and cleanliness. Riccardo prepares breakfast daily, which was a real treat. He even accommodated an early departure for us. Highly recommended.

We were just two nights in Venice, which for us was not enough. This lovely place is very authentic, and charming and extremely well located. Loved the terrazzo floors and the view of the courtyard from our room. Riccardo is a great host and is clearly committed to showing his guests great hospitality.

We stayed at Corte Campana for four days in October. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I won't go into detail as other reviewers have described the B&B in depth. Suffice it to say our room (the Parents Room) was big and clean and had a private bath. Our host Ricardo was a delight. We loved our stay in Venice and... More

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights in October and had a very pleasant stay. The B&B is easy to find as Riccardo gives detailed instructions on the website. I recommed following them since Venice is pretty confusing when you first arrive. When you find the entrance Riccardo will buzz you in, the climb the stairs to the... More

We spent 4 nights with Ricardo and Grace and were very pleased with the accomodations. We had the Parent room with a private bath and found it very large and comfortable. The location of the B&B couldn't have been better and neither could Ricardo. He was extremely personable, helpful, and accomodating. One just needs to know that the accomodations are... More

I had a nice room, the breakfast wasn't a buffet as stated in the email, but was good to start the day a hard roll, yogurt, corissants, juice, & coffee. I was charge €6.00 a night city tax, which was high concerning what others paid at hotels in Venice with more benefits. I was only charged €2.00 in Florence which... More

We are pleased you enjoyed your stay with us and felt like family. We try our best to make you feel at home. Just to clarify on the tourist tax in Venice, the current tax rate during high season for the category Bed & Breakfast is 3.00 euro per person per night for the first five nights. Ricardo and Grace could not have been more accommodating from initial reception to departure. B&B Corte Campana is but a 5 minute walk from Piazza San Marco, and, with Ric's directions, one cannot get lost finding the b&b. Located on the 4th floor (no elevator), the b&b has 3 guest rooms. My wife & I stayed in the "Parent's Room",... More

While this B&B was convenient enough to San Marco Piazza we would not have stayed here if we knew that it was a 4-floor walkup! After walking around the city all day, we didn't need these stairs after that. The host was pleasant and helpful enough (even carrying my suitcase up and down the stairs) but that didn't make up...
