Our party of 6 including 3 children aged 8, 8 and 5 stayed in one of the hotel's two bedroom apartments with kitchen and sitting room. This family run hotel is charming and overlooks one of the canals. The apartment was clean and spacious and extremely good value for Venice. Stayed here with family 2 bdrm apartment which was very comfortable & well appointed. The hotel/apartment was in excellent condition. Close to San Marco Sq,etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend it to anyone. It made our stay in Venice all the more enjoyable! more

More specific directions to the hotel would have been helpful, espcially if you are traipsing through bridges and numerous steps all over Venice lugging large pieces of luggage. The hotel has a good location that is east of San Marco Plaza which is in a quiet part of Venice. However, with just 5 minutes walk you're back in the middle of everything.
