We stayed here for a romantic weekend break. The hotel is perfectly placed down a quiet side road but off a busy square with lots of shops and restaurants and is within easy walking distance of river buses. The room was clean with a good working hot shower. There is not tea/coffee in the room but we were prepared and... More

This place was easy. Location good. Comfy bed. Great staff. Only issue really was wifi was unavailable in our room, quit far from reception, so we needed to go out there to use it. Not an issue within itself but we really enjoyed being outside and using it. They only had 1 table though! So if you aren't lucky enough... More

The location of the hotel was good for what we needed but is a 15 min walk from San Marco square. The first night we were there our key broke and there was no receptionist. Finally we called the number on their business card using the phone at the front desk and someone did answer. He was unable to open... More

Can't fault this place for the price. Charismatic owner who was always happy to help. The location was perfect for us as we arriving by train carrying heavy backpacks. We found it stress free and fairly quickly. I couldn't imagine lugging heavy luggage in the streets of Venice to find a hotel. I would quite happily stay here again for... More

Cheap would always be our first choice! The place is clean, not big, and not close to city center, but Venice is small so anyways. The sound insulation of rooms was very poor. No wifi service in rooms but only in lobby, which is very very small with only two seats.

We've taken a ferry to Venice from Poreć, Croatia and spent a night in that hotel before getting back the next day. Everything was nice: the guy at the reception desk, air conditioning, beds, shower. It's even calm at night! (I guess, it's a valuable characteristic for a Venetian hotel of this price)

Considering most Venice hotels are quite expensive (and generally not that great), this was a happy medium between price & look!! It's not the most grand of hotels but it's a nice, friendly modest-sized stop off :-) You can hear most of what's going on at reception from some rooms but all in all really happy with this hotel!

The location was great. Close to the main road and a couple of excellent wine shops and beer bars. Close to a water taxi also. And the service was not bad but spoke very poor english (which is still better than my Italian). They had already removed the AC for the winter. And the room was on the main level... More

We stayed four nights in November. We found everything to be what we had hoped for and more. We had a stylishly furnished, compact but adequately sized room with an en-suite bathroom to match. Everything worked, it was always nice and warm and the water in the bathroom was always hot. The towels were changes daily. The owner and the staff... More

This hotel is in a good location, 10 mins walk from the train station and no more than 20 min from the other main attractions. It is also 30 seconds away from a street of bars frequented mainly by locals, with a great atmosphere and reasonable cost drinks. We were in a ground floor room, on a side street away... More
